The material is of good quality but I waited for the delivery for almost 2 months. It was postponed 3 times without explanation and without the possibility of contacting the company. I had to postpone the installation planned by my craftsman. Finally, a part was missing and it took another month and a half to receive it after very many follow-ups.

Order of 2 pergolas 6x3 and 3x3 and 3 awnings...the delivery was very delayed..lack of communication from the site 1 out of 3 awnings defective, customer service sent back an awning that has the same problem.
Pergola received with more than a month delay on the maximum announced deadline. I had to follow up several times with the company, which by the way never bothered to call me back. The product is still compliant with what was ordered, but it is still missing the crank for opening the slats. On a bioclimatic pergola, this is a bit annoying. I will try to follow up with Ombréa to get one, but if the responses are the same as for the delivery, I think I will have to give up on it. In summary, the product is good, but do not go directly through Ombréa.

Very good pergola for the price, but no customer service. I made 2 requests to customer service, but no response after a month and a half.

Pergola, the profiles are great. As for the rotation of the handle, I find it not very sturdy. My package was delivered with missing parts and twisted roof slats to this day. After a request for customer service, I still have not received any follow-up.

Good product but not a merchant at all!!!
The 3 packages arrived safely, but one had a manufacturing fault on a panel upright. The holes for the center bar were offset, and the inserts for the side bars were inverted.
The site is practical, clear and easy to order from. On the other hand, delivery and deadlines are not respected! A pergola ordered before the summer still hasn't arrived! And it has just been postponed again .... Communication about delivery is disappointing, I've been left to my own devices with a carrier who's impossible to contact and who decides as he pleases whether to deliver or not. I hope the summer of 2025 doesn't come too soon so I'll have time to assemble my pergola! I am very disappointed.
Excellent product, just a pity that the side blinds are excessively high and the question remains at night the day we have to change them that these remain available... big question on the subject....
The delivery date is imposed and not proposed among several choices. Delivery was postponed at the last minute. The driver was nice but some boxes were slightly damaged. In addition, assembly supplies were missing. I hope I won't have any surprises during assembly. In 15 days

If the product looks good. We were disappointed with the shipment. In fact, several parts were faulty and others very difficult to install (design problem). On the other hand, the after-sales service was very responsive and quickly returned the faulty parts to us.
