These stickers keep coming off the clothes when they are in the washing machine. I feel like this definitely defeats the point of buying the stickers! I feel like ive wasted money sadly.

The labels are pretty, but half of them didn't hold up after the first wash, despite following the usage instructions.

TB birth pack but I also ordered labels to put on markers for school and they are way too big. However, the photo shown during the order design matched my expectations.

Some of the stickers came off in the wash but some did stay on. Cute little labels don’t think would order again but they work for now.

I ordered for the 3rd time! The 1st time the delivery came after 10 days, the 2nd time last year I already had to complain, it came after about 3 weeks and this time it didn't arrive at all! I got my money back immediately! I also conducted a user survey, it seems it didn't arrive!?? The quality of the labels is very good, but the delivery is not okay, that's why I'm not ordering anymore!

I am disappointed with the iron-on labels, they peel off and do not stick, I end up with clothes without labels since there are not enough adhesive labels in the nursery pack. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

The labels are great but I had ordered for 4 different children and the notebooks had all the names mixed up, it's a shame... otherwise, product quality and fast delivery as promised

Fast shipping and labels conforming to the order, however, the envelope tore and the notebooks arrived in a LaPoste packet. The envelope was clearly not suitable for the purchase, more precautions should be taken regarding the packaging.

The customisation and designs are nice but despite following the iron-on instructions carefully (and having used iron-on techniques in the past), disappointingly these have started to unstick after only a couple of washes at 40 degrees. I won’t be purchasing these again,

I am disappointed with my 3rd order.. I received adhesive labels that only stick to the labels... but the first 2 orders were iron-on transfers.... I was expecting the same thing.. that said, the transfer labels do not last long on clothing

I thought it was printed but it's a sticker stuck to a tupper.
Indeed it is a sticker, as indicated on our website. The idea is to allow customization to be changed when necessary without having to buy the entire product again. This way, the tupper can be easily reused 🙂

The glass and the labels are fine. However, I bought a personalized water bottle but honestly, we are struggling; the straw does not work, so I have to open it to drink properly. Except that it is for my 2-year-old daughter, so I am very disappointed.

Order and delivery were great but the product has changed and the label cracks at the first iron press. This didn't happen with previous orders. I'm a bit disappointed but it works yay and the girl was able to go on a school trip with everything well labeled.

I think the bottles we ordered are very lovely and well made. However one of the bottles lock/catch broke off within a week when it fell off the sofa which is a shame when they’re not cheap bottles!

Sticker on the box poorly stuck. Moreover, we did not think it was directly printed on the box lid, and not on a sticker then applied to the lid. A bit disappointed.

Hello, I am satisfied with the personalized snack box but disappointed with the small personalized blue silicone cup because the name and the design engraved on the cup have no color and are therefore almost invisible: it's a shame!
