I am disappointed because the customization of the water bottle and the cup consists of sticking a label with the child's name!! It will quickly peel off over time... Only the cutlery is really engraved. It's a shame, I will not recommend your items.

I ordered a customizable water bottle for children at €24, which already represents a certain budget for this type of product. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of the finishes. The customization looks like it was done with simple stickers stuck on the bottle, which feels really low-end. At that price, I expected a much more qualitative and durable result. It's a shame because the concept is nice, but the quality/price ratio is clearly not there.

For the first time, during the 3rd order, very poorly packaged, simple envelope torn and repackaged by the post, soaked labels and one missing lot... It happens but ZERO response from customer service for almost 15 days despite several reminders... for an order over 70€ it is UNACCEPTABLE

Fast shipping, beautiful labels, however it had been a little while since I ordered new labels and I am very disappointed with the quality regarding the adhesion of the labels which used to stick very well and had good durability in machine washes which is no longer the case.

I ordered for three children with different last names. Still, I only received 2 booklets, for the gifted child the stickers were even included in BOTH booklets. I had to cut both booklets apart and I am very disappointed, that was not a nice gift. Never again, I will go to other providers for name stickers in the future.

I bought the labels for my son's blue class. I labeled all the clothes the night before departure. 5 days later I run a machine at 40 degrees and all the labels come off. This is not the first time I order from this site and I am generally satisfied with the products but for this order it is not the case.

15 days later no package! While I paid for fast delivery in 3 days! Unacceptable!
I am not happy at all because the residence made me change all the labels on all the clothes because many have come off after washing at 60 degrees. When I stuck them as I was instructed. So I do not approve of the purchase and of course I would not buy them again. I hope this opinion is valid for other buyers so they do not have to label all the clothes again

My 2 year old daughter dropped her bag with the lunchbox from petit-fernand in it, and lunch box broke imediatly. Absolutely no quality. And if you wonder, it was a reaaaly close to the floor drop. Not a smash or anything like that. Dropped. Cracked. Awful quality.

The package was not well wrapped at all, just a normal paper envelope without any type of protection, and in fact, the 2 sticker pads I bought had serious marks of abrasion. Luckily, the stickers were not affected but it was a botched shipment.

As already explained to your employee, the labels do not stick well to the pencils. It may be that I made a mistake in the order and the size, but the fact remains that they do not do their job, that is, THEY DO NOT STICK.
