I decided to buy because I saw it on a friend but the labels I received have nothing to do with it, they are shiny like a sticker instead of matte like hers and in the first wash they have already come off

As already explained to your employee, the labels do not stick well to the pencils. It may be that I made a mistake in the order and the size, but the fact remains that they do not do their job, that is, THEY DO NOT STICK. Despite having strictly followed the instructions for applying the labels, the clothing was very damaged. Very unhappy, I would not recommend this site again.

It peels off after a wash while it is clearly stated that it withstands several washes. I wash at 30 degrees. Never again a fortune spent for nothing
