The labels come off after the first wash. I am very disappointed. I ordered the same labels twice and had no issues. Even 2 years later they are still stuck. Was there a problem with this new batch??

Very disappointed with the quality of the design on the tasting box. It is a poorly stuck label: you can see all the bubbles.. the quality is bad! I expected a better finish, given the price of the item.

Disappointed upon receiving the booklet because a large part of the labels were displayed in 'one line' rather than two as chosen and therefore only contained my son's first name..

Very satisfied with the labels. However, the personalized lunch box is covered with a transparent film (?) With several bubbles that I tried to chase away with a credit card.

I do not like the fact that previous orders are not recorded in detail so that they can be used for quick ordering. I also find that on the square clothing labels, the drawing and the name could be a bit larger.

Regarding the water bottle, I am disappointed by the sticker: I didn't think it would just be a sticker on the bottle. Moreover, it is poorly placed as there are bubbles. Another negative point: the bottle fell only once on a terrace, and the paint already has dents. At this price, I expected a higher quality. The bowl is nice, however, the design could have been a bit bigger. As for the labels, I can't say, I haven't tried them yet.

I bought a water bottle, there were lots of grains under the labels. Very quick customer service, they made me a new one right away. The new one arrived with the name not centered on the bottle... anyway, I'm giving up and I won't order from this site again.
