The labels had two different names to offer and a single notebook gathered both, too bad... otherwise no other problems.

Regarding the water bottle, I am disappointed by the sticker: I didn't think it would just be a sticker on the bottle. Moreover, it is poorly placed as there are bubbles. Another negative point: the bottle fell only once on a terrace, and the paint already has dents. At this price, I expected a higher quality. The bowl is nice, however, the design could have been a bit bigger. As for the labels, I can't say, I haven't tried them yet.

I had already placed an order for iron-on labels that I was very satisfied with. This time I ordered adhesive labels. I am disappointed because they came off after the first wash and are stuck to the drum of the washing machine

I received my order packaged in a postal envelope because the envelope containing my sticker notebooks was completely torn. Fortunately, nothing is missing but this is the first time this has happened.

The design and packaging of the labels is great. However a few of them have come off in the wash and they have all been applied according to the care instructions provided

I bought a water bottle, there were lots of grains under the labels. Very quick customer service, they made me a new one right away. The new one arrived with the name not centered on the bottle... anyway, I'm giving up and I won't order from this site again.

Mixed... The adhesive labels on supports are very good but the iron-on ones... a disaster. I am disappointed.

A little disappointed with the dark blue labels not being uniform. Order of 2 different names attached to the same notebook a bit difficult to give as a gift.

This is my 3rd order but this time the result is not satisfactory at all... It looks like the ink has smudged on the labels giving a very unclear result for the inscription. Moreover, this time I did not receive the small sheet that is used for the heat transfer labels in my notebook...

I ordered several labels for clothing, for shoes and objects. I received the first notebook in 2 or 3 days, then the others 10 days later... too late... I did not receive the labels on the scheduled date but a week later. My daughter had already left for camp.
This is not the first time I place an order... but this time almost half of the labels came off after the first wash (cold water). Very disappointed with the quality this time.

The labels, very good as always. This is the sixth or seventh order I have made for labels for clothes, objects, and shoes for 3 children. The problem has been that this year for the first time I was forced to take 30 clothing labels and 20 object labels, increasing the expense to more than 50€. Other times I was allowed to take 10 at a time and I spent a more reasonable amount, between 20 and 30 €. I did not like this change in policy from Petit Fernand.
We sincerely thank you for sharing your experience with us. These stickers keep coming off the clothes when they are in the washing machine. I feel like this definitely defeats the point of buying the stickers! I feel like ive wasted money sadly.
