To this day, I still haven't received my daughter's back-to-school labels. I have made a complaint but have not received a reply.

Bad service

I still haven't received anything!

Unfortunately I did not receive the labels after more than 2 weeks of ordering. After almost a month the order has not been delivered. I have now sent an email for cancellation. And my daughter has no labels for the new school year.

I never received my labels which were ordered 10 days ago and the start of the school year is tomorrow 02 September 2021, thank you for spoiling the children's joy...

They never eaarivated my labels.

Very disappointed I ordered 2 pk of primary but I received only one and moreover I paid for 2 ç is deducted from my bank account. I sent 3 emails but no answer.

The clothing labels are really too big! they don't stick well. HUGE disappointment on this last order! I was a regular customer of your site. Too bad.

After 12 days after ordering, they still have not arrived

The order never arrived and I requested a refund.

Placed order 11/08, received 27/08, but only part of the order! All the labels ordered are missing, now school starts and we are still waiting!

I never received my order.

The first time I placed an order I never got it but well they solved it well xq they sent me one again, but the labels of the thermoadhesive clothes do not stick, but well as the others if they stuck well I recently placed an order again for the arrival of the school and I do not get this taking and my surprise is that they made me a refund they tell me that I ordered it thing q is not true, so what I have to say that they work very badly the issue of shipments.

I placed an order on August 22nd and received the shipping notice on the 24th, but since then I haven't received anything... My son will be returning to school tomorrow with all his new school supplies unlabelled... I don't think I ordered at the last minute. I'm a regular user of your site but this time I'm really disappointed!

Order received well past the 10-day delivery time. Ask for info and they always send you the same automated message

I still haven't received my order and it's been almost a month.

Address error. Still haven't received my order. Impossible to find out where it is and impossible to contact you.

I ordered the iron on ones by mistake and they wouldn't peel off the backing paper which was very frustrating I ended up putting them in the bin I was shocked cause I have had the stick on ones before and they were brilliant

Ordered a month ago and still not arrived, bad experience.

Almost a month after my order and it still hasn't arrived. I am considering filing a complaint with the OCU, as I feel I have been cheated.

The bottles are heavy, 2 year old children should be more manageable and the 48 h order is a lie.

Ordered 15 days ago. Still not received. It will not arrive (if it ever does) before the start of the new school year. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend

Labels peel off after 1st wash

I've now waited 11 working days and my order is now classed as lost in transit. Not ideal as hoping to get them on my children's clothes before they go back to school. Hopefully they'll be good when they finally arrive.

15 days and still nothing!

Order paid and never collected

Iron-on labels don't hold up at all. They don't last a day, and wash off completely.

After almost a month of receiving emails about the status of my order, it still has not arrived at my address.

I ordered the labels at the end of July to have them when I started kindergarten and lost them in the mail.
