Quality has gone downhill in the last 2 years. Despite following the instructions for applying the labels, they peel off after 3-4 machine washes.

I already gave it away during the week, I followed the instructions but after the first wash the labels started to peel off...

The shopping experience is nice because you can well customize the items. This is where the positive aspects end. The quality of the products not up to the mark. 22 euros for a lunch box should guarantee a good product. Used 3 times and two out of four closing tabs are already broken. Bad. The water bottle is in the norm.

Shipping was a little slower than expected, but more importantly I had purchased two different types of labels to make a gift for two friends and they arrived in the same package!!! It was not clear from the order that the envelope would be unique

The bottle stopper is far too fragile, 2 bottles, the 2 stoppers broken, it's a shame considering the price!

I purchased the water bottle not even a year ago ... the cap smells musty and around all dirty I sent an email they replied that such a thing was not normal e. je they would send me a free cap ... still waiting ... in order to use it I had to buy at my own expense another cap ... with what the water bottle costs ... to make my son happy ... but never again ... !!!

The water bottle unfortunately is made of a material that did not meet my expectations, super nice designs and the ability to personalize it with the child's name, but the lacquer on the bottom peeled off after only ten days and the cap is difficult to open/close. For that price I expected higher quality. The labels unfortunately are poorly customizable as you can only have one image for the whole set of labels.

The stickers are fine. The design is as chosen, the size is also great. However, some of the foil came off when removing them from the booklet. In addition, some of the stickers came off during washing and stuck somewhere else, I followed the instructions. I won't be buying them again. I was not convinced by the stickers. Delivery was quick after payment.

I have a big problem with your iron-on labels that don't stick to the fabric at all. I have the new Philips irons where you don't set any temperature and even if you leave the iron on much longer than you recommend, it doesn't stick or if it does, the label goes off in the wash.

The labels received are very nice but the labels for the shoes do not have good quality printing...too bad

I purchased a water bottle, and indeed it is very nice, the disappointment was that on the first fall the cap broke ... I thought the material was actually more durable, however I should have immediately got a spare cap. Otherwise everything is very neat and as I expected.

The garment labels and packaging are very pretty, but some of them get bent out of shape after a first run in the washing machine... I glue them back on with fabric glue. It's a shame.

I'm not happy with the water bottle. My daughter is in the middle section of kindergarten and the one-size-fits-all model is much too big and the fastening system much too complicated. There's no way she can use it on her own at school. Too bad, the pattern is nice though.

Labels are of poorer quality than before. Iron-on labels come off after 2 or 3 washes at 40°C. It's a shame, because you're setting yourself apart from your competitors.

Unfortunately, the quality is no longer what it was a year ago. I bought a new batch of stickers because I was so happy with them back then. They stick really well to the clothes but they have recently become sooo difficult to remove from the sticker booklet that they half break and don't last as long. What a shame.

Hello, I put 3 stars because I had already ordered on C-MonEtiquette and I was very satisfied of this order I discovered a new way to label the clothes of my daughter. At the moment I have a son and I wanted to order some for him and for my daughter, but unfortunately the labels are not of the same quality. In the past, I was able to peel off the label without any problem, but now I have a lot of trouble peeling off the label, most of which is very damaged due to the difficulty of peeling it off. As far as the shoe labels are concerned, what I liked the other time was that there was a double protection (transparent plastic label), which was great and still holds on to the shoe today. As for the isothermal flask and lunchboxes, my daughter is very pleased with the design, decoration, sturdiness and the personalization of her first name, just a little difficulty opening the flask (rather sturdy cap) and forgetting to screw it back on after closing the cap, the result being soaked business.

The iron-on labels came off after 2 washes. The text plus image label on the lunch box started to peel off after putting it through the dishwasher.
