Perfect for this label order, as usual. No return on a complaint about my water bottle order though (the bottle was worn in places on receipt), so I have mixed feelings about customer service.

We have ordered 3 Christmas hoods and they are beautiful. The fabric is of very good quality and the designs are superb.

Very nice idea to have tags to help the Wise Men wrap. I wish they were twice as big even if they fit less and had more shine, but happy with the purchase. They could speed up the shipping a little more and it would be perfect.

Once again this French company is at the top! never disappointed! a parcel supposedly delivered, my label trusted me in view of previous orders placed and sent me back one by colissimo to have it for Christmas! I was bluffed! thank you to the customer service team you are at the top!

I ordered a book of labels for my grandfather who goes to the Ephad. Personalization is a plus. He liked his little soccer ball next to his name, and the writing had to be black on a white background, so it was perfect! So far, it's been a good experience: the labels are easy to apply, but we'll just have to see how they hold up over time!

I had a problem with the delivery (due to my mistake) and the customer service department was very helpful. I purchased labels and they are very nice and hold up well. Only one suggestion in choosing colors: best if there is some contrast between the background and the lettering, although I must say it still reads.

The labels look very good. I can't say anything about washability at this stage as I haven't tried it out yet.
