I've ordered from your site several times and have always been very satisfied. But my latest order is disappointing: the labels this time peel off very badly (badly cut?), so that the protective plastic film doesn't tear. This discouraged use.

Designing was easy and delivery was relatively quick. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels don't hold well. We have already lost many. The self-adhesive ones for clothing hold well, but are badly cut out and are therefore very difficult to remove from the backing film. (Perhaps an isolated case)

Usually very happy with the labels, I tried the gourd and there! Too bad, after only one day at school, the cap came back broken! Pffff?.

The color really isn't that great

The box is very nice in its size and layout. I find the color a little pale, but that's a matter of taste. A big minus point is the stick-on foil, which blisters after just a few days, even though it is only washed off by hand. I would have expected something more durable for the price.

Fast delivery However, the quality of the labels this time is poor. Many come unstuck from the 1st wash and some don't stick at all when applied. Never had this problem before.

The products are interesting but the delivery time is long.... I understand that the COVID era has destabilized the whole economy and companies internationally, but there are e-commerce sites that despite the complicated period, it has not varied what is essential for the end customer!

I ordered some new stick-on clothing labels but two weeks later the order still did not arrive. It took several emails to get any response from Petit Fernand. They eventually sent a replacement order that arrived almost a month from the date I ordered. This wasn't my first order so I was surprised (and disappointed) that the labels were suddenly glossy and not matt like they were before. Not a deal breaker, just visually the previous ones were nicer. What I really don't like this time round though is that all the stickers are very hard to remove from the paper and then some of them peel off with the transparent top layer from a neighbouring sticker!

I really like the design that you can create yourself. Unfortunately, the stickers were difficult to remove from the paper. After the 2nd wash I had some stickers in the washing machine. So unfortunately we won't be ordering this product again.

Fast delivery and nice design, but the quality of the self-adhesive clothing labels is not what it used to be (I've been ordering from the suite for a few years), they come off after the 1st wash. I'm disappointed...

The stickers if it is true that they last, but the thermoadhesives are terrible. I won't order them anymore, out of 10, 9 have fallen off....

I have placed several orders but this one arrives so glued that the stickers are damaged when peeled off.

The labels are very pretty. And shipping is really fast. However, they don't come off easily.

I received the clothing labels quickly and they are very pretty. The problem is that they don't stay on the clothes. I did heat them without steam with my iron...

Unfortunately, I have to give a grade neither positive nor negative. I am very happy with your labels but this time they really got to me after TOO long, at least after a month. I ran out of labels from the previous supply and had to make do differently. However I reiterate that the labels are beautiful and functional. Thank you

The labels weren't cut out properly, so it's hard to peel them off. As a result, it gets damaged. I didn't have this problem on my previous orders.

Lunch box arrived faulty, I have still not received a new one 13 days after my complaint

I ordered two water bottles for my daughters (2y1/2 and 4y1/2), but the stoppers are too fragile, they broke as soon as I dropped them for the first time: the two stoppers were in different places within the first week of use. I should get new ones, but it's a pity, the plastic is brittle, the stoppers are not suitable for the clumsy hands of young children, otherwise the bottle itself is very good...

The labels come off after 1 wash on our crèche blouse..... Both orders idem....

I'm very disappointed with the stoppers on the isothermal water bottles because they're much too hard for a 5-year-old to open. He broke the cap again, which I had bought 3 days after receiving it!

I had a few small issues. Cloths stickers where not cut well so I could not remove them from the book easily. I need it a sticker to put on a pair of trousers at a short notice and apparently the sticker did not last long. I washed and tumble dried two garments where I used the stickers they are still there but does not look that good. Happy with the design but I will have liked the letters bigger.

The material ordered arrived in great condition, the only problem is the shipping via postal service. I never got the postal notice and if it wasn't for me tracking the package I would have never gotten the arrival notification.

Super nice motifs, fast delivery! However, the self-adhesive ones come off after a few washes, some of the iron-on labels pull together despite the specified temperature. Last order unfortunately the stickers came off very badly. A great pity .

The labels are pretty good, but we took the lunch box and were rather disappointed. Indeed, the little closing cuffs are fragile, and without cuffs, there's no seal. As a result, the box is unusable after 2 months.

The stickers look good, but the punching to remove them is unfortunately poor and very difficult. Too bad this was my second and certainly last attempt with this company. -Question: If I write to your customer service - will the label suddenly come off better? Well. Not really helpful. Delivery time too long, should be greatly improved perhaps by using a faster courier. A freely interpretable tracking number is provided, with no link that can be linked to the courier.

The iron-on labels don't stick... when I placed my 1st order, this was already the case. I wanted to try again just in case, but no, the problem persists.

The personalized gourd is very pretty and solid, but I find the opening system very complicated for a child, whether it's the inner or outer cap. I was also disappointed with the delivery times, because after a few days, when I didn't see the parcel arrive, I contacted customer service and that's when I learned that the parcel had been mislaid. I would have preferred to have been informed beforehand rather than following my call. I would also have appreciated it if they had offered a commercial gesture without my having to ask for it...the delivery costs were offered to me but I must admit that I would have appreciated a more substantial gesture knowing that it was for a birthday present and that of course it didn't arrive in time.

A crazy time to be delivered! When I placed my order, the product was out of stock and I was not informed. After many attempts to contact you by messenger with no response from you (although you announce a very quick response) I finally phoned to find out what was happening with my order! In the end, you replied to my request on Messenger after several days, even though I'd been trying to get my answer myself for a long time, as if there was no communication between team members...

They're a bit heavy, but great fun. The downside is that my 3 and 5 year olds, for whom I bought them, can't open them, as the cap requires too much force. Result: an expensive purchase to stay at home. Very disappointed.

I ordered isothermal water bottles for my boys at the beginning of September. 4 weeks later, no news of my order. I called the after-sales service and was told that they were waiting for delivery, which would take place the following week. My complaint is that I was not informed of the delay in manufacturing the order. Over a month to receive my water bottles.

I received the pouch for my son, as described, but after 2 uses the side is unravelled! what a disappointment!

I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the bottle caps. I bought extra ones because the anti-leak system broke quickly. I ordered extra blue caps and the first one doesn't even close... frankly, I'm very disappointed.

I like the number of designs you can choose from, but the experience of use has not been entirely satisfactory, as the heat adhesive labels have not adhered as I expected. On some garments it holds longer, but on some it peels off before the first wash.
