Product as per my order
Everything got off to a bad start with an order shipped on time but not received after 3 weeks... customer service was reactive and efficient as a new order was sent to me and I received it this morning in extremis for the start of my son's nursery school tomorrow... Thank you for your professionalism
Product arrived soaking wet and when dried out sticky had obviously stopped being sticky so not too impressed. ordered b4 and no issues but not good post wise x

Delivery took a very long time. Product is not double-sided, which means that the window stickers can only be seen indoors. Very disappointed. Just look like white splodges from the other side.

Fast, careful delivery, the labels are very pretty. The big problem: they come off in the first wash, which took place a week after ironing.

We have ordered 3 Christmas hoods and they are beautiful. The fabric is of very good quality and the designs are superb.
Very nice idea to have tags to help the Wise Men wrap. I wish they were twice as big even if they fit less and had more shine, but happy with the purchase. They could speed up the shipping a little more and it would be perfect.

I ordered a book of labels for my grandfather who goes to the Ephad. Personalization is a plus. He liked his little soccer ball next to his name, and the writing had to be black on a white background, so it was perfect! So far, it's been a good experience: the labels are easy to apply, but we'll just have to see how they hold up over time!
