Hello, I still haven't received my order and I'm still waiting for it.
Parcel lost in the post, and no notification from cmonetiquette. Still waiting for my new parcel, hoping it will arrive in time for the new school year. No news from cmonetiquette yet.
Unfortunately, my experience so far has been very disappointing. I never received my order. C-Mon Etiquette asked me to wait several times, but I never received anything. On the eve of the new school year I couldn't wait any longer, so I placed an order elsewhere. C-Mon Etiquette finally (but a little late) offered me a second shipment, which I'm waiting for.
Very bad because I have not received my order since July 24.
It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received anything.

Bad. Order never arrived, I contacted customer service who assured me they would send back labels at their expense. These also never arrived! But I see from the reviews that I am not the only one and the excuse of mail no longer holds up!!!

We received the labels on time and without any typographical errors. However, the quality leaves something to be desired. We've been ordering from you for several years now. The quality has deteriorated. It's very difficult to remove the labels: you have to insist and even bend the sheets of the booklet to be able to remove a label! On some labels, the surrounding transparent film came off at the same time! It was impossible for primary school children to remove the labels from their belongings. The quality of the glue used also seemed to be of lesser quality! We ordered the same labels as last year, and the difference between the two is obvious! We'll be going to the competition for the next labels. It's a shame to try to make more money while sacrificing quality. And to top it all off, customer service asks for photos as proof, as if we were making it up! Outrageous!

The labels were delayed from the scheduled arrival and I would be leaving, so I asked to have them at this point arrive at the end of the month. As a response I was told to consult the postal service. Bad service, bad response. Now when I get back from vacation I have to start looking for labels. Fatal...a month passed and nothing arrived, we called and nobody knew what happened with the product...At least we got our money back...but we lost a lot of time.
After several orders which were perfect, I repeated this year. Ordered around July 24, I have received nothing. After an initial contact with customer service asking me to check the delivery address, I've heard nothing more despite a reminder. I'm very disappointed.

Always faithful to your labels are 5 years I have been your customer, this year the disappointment was very high. Made purchase on July 29 waited almost a month written and rewritten for explanations and my order never arrived. Unfortunately, I have not even received clarification on the case
Very disappointed! Great choice of patterns, colors, fonts, the kids are happy to choose and fast shipping, very nice rendering and with little stickers as a gift! But it wasn't specified before purchase that iron-on clothing labels must, to adhere properly, be ironed not on the inside of the garment itself, as is usually the case, but on an inner garment label (otherwise it won't adhere). But you need to have a sufficiently large label on the inside of the garment, at least as large as the name label, which is far from always being the case... The result: name tags that stick out of the garment tags (or, in the absence of a garment tag, are ironed directly onto the fabric of the garment's interior) and don't hold at all! They've all fallen off! But I'm used to clothes labels, it's never happened to me before. What's more, you have to iron the labels at a certain heat to fix them, but more and more irons are equipped with "smart technology", which regulates the iron's temperature by itself according to the fabric, without you having any control over the setting... In short, more than 20 thrown in the garbage can 🙁 This concerns, as I explain, clothing labels, pencil labels are perhaps less of a problem... 11/09/21 : Hi Zoé, to come back to your answer of 26/08/21 to my comment, the labels didn't stick even if I stuck them directly on the fabric of the clothes on the one hand, and on the other hand it's clearly stated in the booklet that comes with the labels that you have to stick them on the labels of the clothes (that didn't stick either). Yet I'm used to clothing labels, if I may say so (3 children...) and with the other brands I tested, they held very well, even after numerous machine washes. Here, the labels fell off before I'd even had time to machine-wash them once...
I haven't received the labels a week before the start of the school year and it's not possible to make a complaint on your website.
