The product itself is very good but the name written on it is very small, I think it's a shame.

Buy a nursery pack. The object labels and the ones that stick on the labels are fine for the moment, but the ones that stick on with the iron, in the first wash or even from the use, come off. No matter the fabric, be it cotton, denim .... And I think that for the price it should not happen. And the problem is not my iron, because I have a friend who bought them at the same time and the same thing happens to her. Nice but I am very unhappy

After receiving faulty labels, the after-sales service listened and sent me back a batch of labels that seem to be in order. Very good after-sales service!

The designs on the customizable bags disappeared after the first wash at 30 degrees. I am very disappointed

I had ordered two water bottles for the two girls I only received one Fortunately they recognized their error and sent the second Disappointed by the water bottle narrow neck impossible to clean, complicated opening system impossible to use for a child in small or medium section 🙁

Incomplete order

Order received quickly. The labels are very nice, but I'm extremely disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't hold up at all. They fall off after the first few washes without a tumble dryer, so I can't even imagine with them. On the other hand, the stickers are fine.

The ink on one of the bottles "smudged" after the first wash. The labels are very difficult to remove from the supports. Especially those for clothing labels: the precutting is so badly done that I have to cut them out with scissors. I was totally satisfied with my previous orders. This is disappointing. It's a shame.

While the site indicates "shipped within 48h or 72h" (18/09) after 1 week I had not received any shipping email (25/09). I sent an e-mail (25/09) and 1 hour later my parcel was finally shipped (I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't sent it...). I needed some items for a specific date (29/09). SATURDAY 26/09 obviously nothing so I really freaked out. Luckily it arrived on 28/09, otherwise I'd have made quite a scandal...

Disappointed after having hoped so much to save time and make things clean, the iron-on labels peel off with each wash. A pity, because the design is very nice and the rest of the products are really top-notch: stickers, water bottle, etc.

I ordered a pack of labels (self-adhesive and iron-on). I'm pleased with the design and delivery time, but the quality of the iron-on labels is very poor. I have to re-glue them almost every time I put them in the washing machine. The self-adhesive labels hold up much better.

I was told that delivery would take 48 hours, but I didn't receive my order until over a week later. Without being informed that there was a stock shortage, being notified by e-mail would have been nice! I had to send an e-mail myself to get the information.

There is a leak in the cap of the isothermal gourd. Not very satisfied.

Delivery time not respected and an article was missing in my delivery. but you returned everything very quickly. the quality of the products is really top very good product.

I received the labels they shipped on September 28 after almost a month. The shipment was not traceable so I did not know who to contact. On October 6 I get an automated email back confirming that until October 13 there is nothing to do but wait. To review the choice of carrier or at any rate give the option to track the shipment and make temporary arrangements while waiting. Great customer service, but can't always handle it after the fact.

Time far too long

Delays very 1 month and a half without being notified. On receipt an error on the color of the text...

I ordered labels and after washing them a few times they came unstuck. I contacted customer service who kindly sent me back some labels.

Website super fun and easy, product confirms description. Very happy with the products. Only downside: delivery took a long time...

I'm very pleased with the extra labels and stickers in the little notebook. However, I'm very disappointed with the little comforter bag, one wash and the writing and drawing have totally faded. After ten or so washes, I don't think we'll see much more.... a comforter bag is carried everywhere by the little ones and must be designed to withstand washing, especially with the virus at the moment.

The self-adhesive labels have lost some of their quality compared with the previous year: - they are less resistant to repeated washing, - in the booklet, a plastic film has been added to each label sheet, so the labels are deformed because they are very difficult to remove (this wasn't the case before, and it was much easier!). I hope you'll come back to the old version, which was much more practical and qualitative - lack of novelties! The proposed images are still the same as last year, I'd like there to be more proposals (at least before each new school year it would be very appreciable) Thank you very much, have a nice day!

Delivery time 3 times longer than expected ... For a gift it is still very annoying, especially without any information before shipment.

The website claims dispatch in 48hours. My products were dispatched after 7 DAYS and arrived 2 weeks later. The labels were great.

I thought the personalized text was larger: it gets a little lost in the kit's motifs And delivery times are extremely long

Items as ordered but very disappointed with delivery time.

The items offered are of good quality, in line with my choices. On the other hand, I'm very disappointed with the service itself: the order took over 3 weeks to be delivered, and was cancelled twice without reason, but then charged. All because of an out-of-stock item, I was told, after several reminders, without it ever being recorded in my customer area. What a shame.

I've used the clothing and item stickers last year and they were great, but the new clothing stickers I bought that year don't stay on the clothing, I've had to replace several because they had peeled off.

Order placed but no news. I was the one who asked about the status of my order several times. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me right away that my order would not be delivered on time. I had to come back to you several times. I was told on August 28th that my order would leave within 48 hours and on September 1st I was told that it still hadn't left. Contradictory replies 3 days apart. I'm not disappointed by the labels I received, but by the quality of the way my order was handled.

I'm used to ordering my labels every back-to-school season, but this year I'm very disappointed: the sticky clothing labels didn't stand up to the washing machine and they're all gone!

After the 2nd wash, the labels peel off...even though the procedure was followed as described...very disappointed.

The service is good and the labels look great. But after only 4 weeks the labels are starting to come off the clothes. Never had this problem before....we followed the instructions in the booklet. So we have had to order more from another company.

If I had only ordered self-adhesive labels for objects, I would have given them 5 stars. The iron-on labels for clothes don't hold when stuck on as instructed (with the sheet supplied), so I stuck them on without the sheet, which worked, but they came off in the first wash. I therefore paid for 30 unusable labels.
