Easy to order. Very fast shipping. C'est top!

I have ordered 3 times from this site: twice everything went smoothly, the third time the order did not arrive several days later. I then contacted support and they proposed two alternatives, both of which were to my advantage. So I am satisfied despite the delay in delivery, which is not due to the company itself

First and last time with this company: The ordering interface is quite intuitive and nice. But then everything went wrong! The order never arrived and you're asked to wait and wait. For a letter that was supposed to arrive in a day (supposedly priority rate), you were asked to wait 2 weeks (lol, face file...) horrible customer service by phone and cgu...apart from a "I can't help it, it's not our fault...no refund possible until the 10 working days have passed, ah yes I understand...sorry" In short, the refund works...fortunately...between 7 and 10 days...but site to flee from. Order shipped November 3...she must not want to come back from the North Pole! Yours Santa! Ps: thank you for your reply, incredible customer service, we understood that the order had been misplaced! The problem is your reactivity and your way of getting sidetracked... "oh the order is lost, we don't care...and we leave you in the lurch!!!! Hey have a nice day too!

I am so sorry but since I placed an order on October 29 specifying the address well but I did not receive anything then viewing the order message it does not say the address but only the country the recipient and the house number. Is it not right to pay in advance without receiving the requested material ??
