The company is fantastic! It is very good value for money, there is a great choice of colours, patterns and sizes. I often order new labels for my son's clothes and shoes as he grows fast. I received the labels 10 days after the order was placed, even though the website said delivery in 48 hours. The crib had started in the meantime and I still didn't have the labels. TOP telephone service. Efficient, available, friendly, the operator speaks several languages, she apologized and anticipated my needs by offering me a refund for the inconvenience caused, which I received in a timely manner. TOP service I give the product 4 stars because I found labels in the washing machine after the first wash. I may be the one I stuck on the fabric directly and not the label because there was none. The picture matches the chosen prototype. Next time I'll try Thermocollant to stick directly onto the fabric rather than onto the labels.
