I haven't received the labels a week before the start of the school year and it's not possible to make a complaint on your website.
The labels didn't hold up in the first wash, only the self-adhesive ones remained.
An order placed on August 12 not received, I contact customer service and was told to wait until September 27 ... and then we'll see !!!! Really not serious, to flee! I'm going back to the a-qui-s site, they're more serious !!!

I've been ordering every year for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. My last order was very disappointing: the number of labels in the batches had to be changed and no longer really corresponded to the needs of the school, and the quality was no longer the same (difficult to peel off, crumbling corners). I hope the labels will last the year, but I'm doubtful! In short, I'm going to have to find another label supplier because I'm so disappointed.
The labels have a very nice design. However, ironing the labels on turned out to be a very hair-raising occasion! On the one hand, the labels don't hold properly despite the specified heat and when they do hold, they tear everywhere and the sticker literally rips apart. Too bad about the money and the nerves!

I placed my order as every year and in less than 9 hours I realized that I had made a mistake in the choice of my stickers, I sent 2 mails to your customer service address since you do not have a phone number for this purpose. I received before the answer that the order was on its way than the answer from customer service, something that I find ironic!!!! Or at least surprising. And then you send me mails to apologize with a 15% discount on my next purchase, laughable when you periodically send me mails with similar discounts. I think that the customer service is very little agile, well? Not at all. I will have to place an order to reorder the stickers that I made a mistake but it will be the last one, I will look for other options.
Hello, well in 13 /14 days I have not received my order was to add to a gift for a newborn. It never arrived no matter how many times I claimed it and they refunded me and I was left without my labels for the baby. So, as much as I like the site, I can't give a good rating for customer service. I would have loved to receive it because it was beautiful.

The labels are beautifully designed and make a good impression. Unfortunately, they don't even stand up to a wash cycle. The labels are everywhere, just not where they should be. I am very disappointed!

Hello I'm very disappointed with the quality of the labels. I'm used to getting them from you but after the first wash they all come off.
The labels don't stick, I've tried 2 more times but nothing works, it falls off after washing and sometimes even before.
I was not satisfied because they were sticky labels that I wanted to put on school effects and I received labels for clothes.
I can not give a better opinion as I have not yet received the order. On July 19 they told me that they had sent it to me it would arrive in 2 to 10 working days. I informed them and they told me that I would receive others this week. The week is ending and I'm still waiting, school is about to start and I still don't have the labels.

I placed my order a month ago and still have not received it. Very disappointed. I am waiting to receive my order again at no additional cost, and I hope it arrives in the next few days so that I can prepare everything for the new course and change my opinion after being satisfied with my purchase.

I never received my order, despite my complaints and your confirmation of reprinting. Your last response was that the mail is delayed. 2 months
I received a defective personalized water bottle (printing with parts of the design missing). They refunded me half the amount so by their mistake I lost out. They could have/should have offered me a replacement. As of today 24/08/21 I have not received any other proposal/solution via email (as they wrote on their response to my review). So my opinion does not change! I spent 22 euros on the water bottle + shipping costs. They refunded me 11 and I have a water bottle with a piece of print missing!!!
