The order took a very long time to arrive (obviously, much later than the start of the course), at no time did I receive a tracking link nor was I notified of when I would receive it. Today I found it in my mailbox, no one told me that it would be delivered this way. Although it is the responsibility of Correos España, Petit-Fernand should choose the transport companies that can provide better service to users.

I would like to be able to give an assessment of the product but the truth is that it never arrived. I claimed on September 15 and they told me they would see how to fix the problem, on September 20 I am still waiting for an answer. I am still waiting for a reply on September 20. Unfortunately this year I have to give a star because order that is shipped on September 6 still today September 20 has not been delivered. 1 star is enough for the aesthetics of the label because they don't stand up to washing. I found it in the bottom of the drum of my washing machine after the first wash, so I'm really lucky that it didn't get into my filter or clog up other hoses and put my washing machine out of action.
