Delivery took a very long time. Product is not double-sided, which means that the window stickers can only be seen indoors. Very disappointed. Just look like white splodges from the other side.

Fast delivery, quality product, easy to use.

Fast, careful delivery, the labels are very pretty. The big problem: they come off in the first wash, which took place a week after ironing.

We have ordered 3 Christmas hoods and they are beautiful. The fabric is of very good quality and the designs are superb.

Very nice idea to have tags to help the Wise Men wrap. I wish they were twice as big even if they fit less and had more shine, but happy with the purchase. They could speed up the shipping a little more and it would be perfect.

I ordered a book of labels for my grandfather who goes to the Ephad. Personalization is a plus. He liked his little soccer ball next to his name, and the writing had to be black on a white background, so it was perfect! So far, it's been a good experience: the labels are easy to apply, but we'll just have to see how they hold up over time!

I had a problem with the delivery (due to my mistake) and the customer service department was very helpful. I purchased labels and they are very nice and hold up well. Only one suggestion in choosing colors: best if there is some contrast between the background and the lettering, although I must say it still reads.

The labels look very good. I can't say anything about washability at this stage as I haven't tried it out yet.

I ordered yellow labels with white writing. On the web, it looked good but in reality you can't read anything ! I would have appreciated if the quality department or another Petit Fernand had warned me of the poor visibility before receiving the labels at home.

I ordered self-adhesive labels twice for my son's clothes. I'm satisfied, they're delivered quickly and they hold up very well to washing and drying (in the tumble dryer). Good quality and reasonable price!
