The Christmas labels wouldn't come off the backing, so they tore. The decorations to stick on the windows are not as shown in the photos, some labels are missing. Very disappointed with my order

Very simple to "make" the items (in this case mugs). The ordering process is also easy, and there's excellent follow-up once the order has been sent. I even received a refund for an "overpayment" and several very pleasant e-mail contacts. In short: everything perfect!

Good delivery. It took a week and not 48h as put on the site but as it is a delivery on belgium no worries for me. I understand that it takes longer. Christmas stickers as gifts.

Very responsive company as I had a mail delivery problem and was contacted to verify my address. Order received 3 days later.

I placed an order in October which never arrived. I wrote to the after-sales service who explained to me that they had delivery delays. After more than 2 months I asked for a refund, but have received no reply.

Petit-Fernand are a brilliant company. The personalised Christmas Sacks that I ordered are really lovely, I'm so pleased with them. I had a problem with delivery as there was a postal strike. As soon as I contacted Petit-Fernand to say they had not arrived they made sure that I got a guaranteed delivery of them in time for Christmas! Thank you!

Very nice items. Cotton could be heavier.

You create the labels you like and order them. The labels stick well on the garment label, are machine washable and can be tumble dried just as often! I'm very happy with them and highly recommend them!
