Order placed on August 7th and to date we are on August 18th still nothing received, it was an order for 120 labels.

It's been 11 days since I placed my order and nothing has arrived and they don't even give me a tracking number to know if it has been lost. I have ordered it a lot of times and I don't know why they don't give it to me, they just tell me to wait and wait and wait for it to arrive....

Dear Sir/Madam, Following my purchase of your labels, I am really disappointed because the labels come off in the first wash, whereas normally they last a little longer, especially for the colonies. Don't be fooled by their 48 dispatch promise, it will take up to 10 working days to arrive post dispatch!! The website and ordering process does not warn of this!!!
The customer service is very poor and offers no solution. They reply quickly but don't read the whole email. You can tell they are copy-pasting. The labels are not there even though I ordered them well in advance. On the website they should mention exactly how long it takes, so exactly until they write in how many days they will be pressed and sent. And don't blame the post office. I will never order here again and will not recommend it to others.

Unacceptable delivery time. On an order of 12,00, I paid a supplement of 9,50 for a delivery Colissimo in 48h00. My order was registered on 29/07/2021 and I received the parcel on 05/08/2021. It's a pity because by then the labels were no longer of any use to me. What's more, it was impossible to contact the supplier because the messaging system on his website was down and there was no telephone number to reach him. I'm very disappointed with this experience! In the photos on the site, the heat-seal labels are glued directly onto the garment, which is why I bought them. However, when I received the labels, I realized that they shouldn't be stuck on the garment, but on the labels already present in the garment, otherwise they wouldn't stand up to washing. Unfortunately, there's no point 🙁

First order placed and disappointed, the iron-on labels don't stick at all to the tee shirts and jeans. Really disappointed because I hesitated to buy another brand. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
