Big problem with the product. Despite following the instructions to the letter, the labels do not stick (they stick after 2 washes/uses of the clothes...)! I questioned the way I used my iron (temperature, ironing time...) until the day my son went back to school. After talking to several moms, the conclusion was the same... the labels don't stick... What a waste of time and money. I'm very disappointed with the product.

Almost a month after placing the order I still have not received it. After contacting the claims department they asked me to confirm the address and after that I have not heard from them again despite having written them a couple of emails. Placed an order on the 1st September and I still haven't received it, despite contacting the company. Very naively saw the 48 Hour delivery and presumed it would be here pretty quickly in time for my daughter to start school. Having spent £12 on labels I had high hopes for the company and I'm disappointed by the lack of customer care and the fact I am receiving numerous emails to rate the company/product, so finally I am!
