Gourd received very nice, but after two use the cap is broken on the two bottles ordered, I am dissatisfied with the product for the price paid.

Good quality but delivery incomplete. Payment made in full but not all purchases.

This is my second order. This time I am really dissatisfied! Only after a request (one week later) when the order will be shipped, a partial delivery was sent. The customer should be informed when ordering that the order will not be dispatched after 48 hours, AS PROMISED. Then everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to wait months for the order or not. Three weeks have now passed and the rest of the order has still not been dispatched. Zero information. Nothing. But the money was debited directly. Should have ordered somewhere else. I will definitely not order from esistmeins again.

Hello Disappointed labels do not hold and 1st wash at 30 degrees peel off.

I had ordered 3 products. Only 2 arrived. After a complaint and a phone call a new order was placed but I'm still waiting and it's been more than 10 days.

Order delay of more than 2 weeks, products shipped in 2 shipments without any warning of the delay of one of them. I paid the shipping costs, of course.

Gourd magnificent and of good quality, label super pretty and funny for the children, on the other hand, the iron-on labels much are gone after 3 washings .. and the sticky labels clothing idem .. for so much I respected the instructions with the installation and the waiting before use. And machine wash at 30 ... so very disappointed for the clothes. But great for objects and shoes.

I bought a Maternelle pack. I've used all the labels, and I'm very disappointed with the heat-sensitive labels. They all came off after 2 washes, even though I did everything I could to stick them on. As a result, I find myself having to make new labels for my son's clothes.

Order never received after one month of waiting!!!! However, their site clearly states that they have a 48-hour lead time for the manufacture of personalized products and then a +1 day lead time for priority postal delivery. I contacted them several times and the only answer I got was that I had to wait again!!!! My daughter started school two weeks ago! We'll have to see if they'll be kind enough to give me a full refund!!!! What's more, I asked them for the tracking number of the order to find out where it is once the post office has received it, but no reply! Don't expect any order tracking, only messages telling you to wait and wait! Good customer service: The full refund of my order is pending due to a postal error!

Nothing to say about the products themselves, but the delivery tracking leaves something to be desired. We know that our parcel has been dispatched but we don't know when it will be delivered, and above all we can't track the delivery.

1 month later, I still haven't received the entire order... the labels are great, but for the gourd, the name and surname aren't even centered... it's just a detail, but at 20 euros a gourd... I'm still waiting for the lunch box, out of stock...

The delivery was on time as promised and the look is also very nice. My daughter was delighted. Now the BUT... the textile stickers and also the iron-on ones came off after just one or two washes, despite following the instructions. So completely useless for labeling clothes. So I won't be ordering from them again.

I placed the order in July, but despite two different shipments (the first in July and the second in August), the goods never arrived! At least I was reimbursed for the expense incurred, however, in the meantime I lost two months and for my daughter school started without those materials....

The label is difficult to remove from the booklet and the delivery time is a little long.

Bottle not suitable for a 3-year-old. The opening system, whether for the stopper or the drinking spout, requires a lot of strength... As a result, he can't be autonomous with his gourd. Too bad...considering it's a child's model! What's more, the stopper broke after a week...the sturdiness needs to be reviewed! In short, I'm disappointed with this purchase...

Extremely disappointed with the delivery time, the site advocates shipment in 48h maximum, I ordered on a Sunday, so I expected shipment on Wednesday at the latest and my order was shipped on Monday of the following week. I received it two days later, on the Wednesday of the new school year, which is a lesser evil, but I've only ordered twice, and I've had the same problem twice. After-sales service reimbursed me for the shipping costs, and was kind but without any real solution.

It's a pity that the manufacturing + delivery time took more than a week... Contrary to what was advertised on the site. I had chosen this site for its speed... Disappointment?

Very nice labels, but they don't wash well even though I followed the instructions well. I see myself putting labels back on every time I wash, so I'm not satisfied at all.

Out of 3 orders placed between July 21 and the end of August, the last 2 were delivered promptly, whereas the July 21 order was delivered more than a month later. However, the person I spoke to on the phone at the end of August quickly sorted out the problem and this is the 1st time I've had a delivery problem.

I still haven't received my parcel and I haven't heard from you.

Longer than usual delivery time

Good morning, I am a loyal customer: I had already ordered twice last year and was fully satisfied with the quality of the labels and the very fast service. This year I cannot say I am as satisfied: the service is always impeccable, the graphic rendering of the product in line with the images on the site and with the best expectations, but the thermoadhesive labels (unlike those of last order) come off. Despite ironing carefully and pressing well over the recommended 12 seconds with the sheet given in the package and waiting at least 2 days before using the garment, no way: the labels do not stick. I thought it was a fluke, but I have already almost finished the package.

The labels are beautiful! The self-adhesive labels hold perfectly. But the iron-on labels come off after the first wash... too bad!

Nothing to say about the labels, they're great, but as far as the bottles are concerned, I don't find them very practical. They're very pretty, but the capacity isn't very big, and above all the caps aren't very easy to use for the little ones. And it's a pity you have to buy another cap for the colored bottle. A bit disappointed.

Disappointed with the result, i took the kindergarten pack because it's my son's first, and in the end the labels with the iron don't hold they fall off after the first wash at 40° and sometimes they haven't even had time to go in the machine that they don't hold anymore. Self-adhesive labels hold up better, which is why I give them 3 stars. I really wouldn't have paid so much for labels if I'd known they wouldn't hold up, and also for the time it took my mom to do all the laundry!!!!

Hello, I'm satisfied with the gourd and the shoe labels, but I'm not at all happy with the thermo-adhesive clothing labels. On the 1st wash, the labels came off, even though I did everything right. I'm disappointed by this

The clothing labels don't stick at all with the iron, so 3/4 of the booklet is unusable.

The iron in labels looked great and i was very excited, however once i came to wash my sons trousers the labels peeled out of the garments. Really not fit for purpose.

I've been ordering back-to-school labels for my children for 4 years now, and so far I've had nothing to complain about in terms of labels and service. But this time I'm not satisfied with the clothing labels. It's impossible to remove them easily from the notebook. They're more "plasticized" to be, perhaps, more solid, but to be honest, the previous ones were very good and it didn't take 5 minutes to peel off a label. We chose this solution because it was quick and easy. I ended up using the few iron-on labels I'd ordered... Almost simpler and faster ...

No problem with the labels, which were correct and of good quality. On the other hand, for the metal bottles, we had the unpleasant surprise of having broken the cap. As a result, it no longer closes hermetically. I'm sure the bottle isn't "made" to fall over, but I'm disappointed when the cap breaks and doesn't close after the 1st shock.

Still not received, they sent me another one, I'm waiting, but I know they're great products.

3 stars because part of it is very satisfactory, in particular the self-adhesive labels for clothes. However, 3/4 of my son's clothes have been put on iron-on labels and now it's a disaster! They almost all come off and I find some in the machine, even though I followed the instructions and they seemed to stick well at the start! Disappointed by the iron-on labels I also ordered a personalized bag, which was perfect. Delivery was rather quick in a rush period, I think, with the start of the new school year! All in all, I'd recommend the self-adhesive labels, but not the iron-on ones!

I bought a personalized water bottle for my son's first day of kindergarten. Very pretty, but the drinking spout is screw-on and not pull-on, too difficult to use for his age. A bit disappointed as I need to find another one for when he's older. It would have been useful to point this out
