Good morning, I am a loyal customer: I had already ordered twice last year and was fully satisfied with the quality of the labels and the very fast service. This year I cannot say I am as satisfied: the service is always impeccable, the graphic rendering of the product in line with the images on the site and with the best expectations, but the thermoadhesive labels (unlike those of last order) come off. Despite ironing carefully and pressing well over the recommended 12 seconds with the sheet given in the package and waiting at least 2 days before using the garment, no way: the labels do not stick. I thought it was a fluke, but I have already almost finished the package.

The labels are beautiful! The self-adhesive labels hold perfectly. But the iron-on labels come off after the first wash... too bad!

Nothing to say about the labels, they're great, but as far as the bottles are concerned, I don't find them very practical. They're very pretty, but the capacity isn't very big, and above all the caps aren't very easy to use for the little ones. And it's a pity you have to buy another cap for the colored bottle. A bit disappointed.

Disappointed with the result, i took the kindergarten pack because it's my son's first, and in the end the labels with the iron don't hold they fall off after the first wash at 40° and sometimes they haven't even had time to go in the machine that they don't hold anymore. Self-adhesive labels hold up better, which is why I give them 3 stars. I really wouldn't have paid so much for labels if I'd known they wouldn't hold up, and also for the time it took my mom to do all the laundry!!!!

Hello, I'm satisfied with the gourd and the shoe labels, but I'm not at all happy with the thermo-adhesive clothing labels. On the 1st wash, the labels came off, even though I did everything right. I'm disappointed by this

The clothing labels don't stick at all with the iron, so 3/4 of the booklet is unusable.

The iron in labels looked great and i was very excited, however once i came to wash my sons trousers the labels peeled out of the garments. Really not fit for purpose.

I've been ordering back-to-school labels for my children for 4 years now, and so far I've had nothing to complain about in terms of labels and service. But this time I'm not satisfied with the clothing labels. It's impossible to remove them easily from the notebook. They're more "plasticized" to be, perhaps, more solid, but to be honest, the previous ones were very good and it didn't take 5 minutes to peel off a label. We chose this solution because it was quick and easy. I ended up using the few iron-on labels I'd ordered... Almost simpler and faster ...

No problem with the labels, which were correct and of good quality. On the other hand, for the metal bottles, we had the unpleasant surprise of having broken the cap. As a result, it no longer closes hermetically. I'm sure the bottle isn't "made" to fall over, but I'm disappointed when the cap breaks and doesn't close after the 1st shock.

Still not received, they sent me another one, I'm waiting, but I know they're great products.

Very poor quality heat-seal labels. They don't stick.

3 stars because part of it is very satisfactory, in particular the self-adhesive labels for clothes. However, 3/4 of my son's clothes have been put on iron-on labels and now it's a disaster! They almost all come off and I find some in the machine, even though I followed the instructions and they seemed to stick well at the start! Disappointed by the iron-on labels I also ordered a personalized bag, which was perfect. Delivery was rather quick in a rush period, I think, with the start of the new school year! All in all, I'd recommend the self-adhesive labels, but not the iron-on ones!

I bought a personalized water bottle for my son's first day of kindergarten. Very pretty, but the drinking spout is screw-on and not pull-on, too difficult to use for his age. A bit disappointed as I need to find another one for when he's older. It would have been useful to point this out

A bit heavy for children

This is my second order, the first I was very happy with, but this one I'm very, very disappointed with!!!!!! The labels are always pretty, but for many of them, removing them from their paper backing is a mission ;; too much glue, you damage them trying to detach them...the iron-on labels, despite the 12 seconds left with the iron and( a few seconds more), peel off in places..I thought I'd complain and send them back... DOMMAGE........ I trusted C MON ETIQUETTE

Products and labels of poor quality, unlike usual, and no news from customer service for nearly 1 month. I'm really disappointed, especially since I used to order all the products every year.

I've been using your labels for 3 years now, and so far I've had nothing but positive things to say about them. However, this year I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the labels. In fact, some are very difficult to remove from the backing (the clothing stickers), and the iron-on ones (applied as explained in the instructions) come off the garments after only 1 wash! I'm relatively disappointed with my order.

Despite following the instructions for using iron-on labels, the first time they're washed at 30 they all come off! However, I'm pleased with the style and the stickers.

First order and I must say that at first I was delighted with the design of the labels, then I was very disappointed... despite the fact that the iron-on labels are glued on properly, they all come off with each wash, no matter what the material of the garment... can you help me?

I'd seen this site advertised on TV, so I thought it was serious. I placed my order and within 2 days the labels were shipped. Unfortunately, more than a week later I still haven't received anything and when I try to contact them, no one replies to my e-mails. As for the telephone, it's not worth it because at any time of day you get an answering machine. I just want to receive my parcel because I have been debited.

The labels are good but I am a little disappointed for the gourd the pattern and the first name are not printed right this does not alter the product but but I do not recommend for the price.

For the last order, it took 3 shipments to FINALLY receive my correct order. I've never had anything to complain about except this order, which took over 3 weeks to be sent correctly. Order made on August 9th, for anniversary kit and 20 stickers with the new date of our wedding (AUGUST 22nd 2020), received on Monday August 31st. Having had no other problems before with C-MonEtiquette, I will recommend them as they are good products. We'll see about the next order!!!

Disappointed because it doesn't stick well to some cotton sweaters ...

The gourd is original and fun, but it leaks, so it's impossible to slip it into the schoolbag without getting the notebooks wet...

Very disappointed with all self-adhesive labels for machine washable garments!!!!!!!! Despite waiting more than 24 hours between application and washing! Frankly, I really regret my purchase!!!!

Quality labels, but it was very difficult to peel them off, so the labels were often damaged and took a long time to do.

Very nice aesthetically but sticks very badly I have a steam central that adapts to clothes in automatic so it sticks very badly.

I ordered labels and received bottle caps. Nothing to see. A second order was placed and fortunately it arrived on time (without tracking and with the same number as the 1st shipment). The labels are pretty and practical. To be seen in time...

It's difficult to peel off the labels and unfortunately some of them cut in half. I'm disappointed with the quality of these, unlike other years.

Two stars because customer service responded and offered me labels but all the iron-on ones fall off after 1 or 2 washes. After spending an hour labeling my daughter's clothes....I'm going to have to start all over again.

Hello, I've been ordering for several years and I'm usually satisfied, but this year the labels are coming off the markers and crayons. I'm really disappointed!

This is the 2nd year I've ordered these labels. The first time, no problems. This year, the writing isn't centered and the stickers are hard to remove: the precutting isn't up to scratch. On the other hand, they're great for the gourd and bentos.

Nice stickers, but 30 euros for a simple booklet is just too much. If this were a pretty little album, then fine. But as it is, it is quite unwieldy, especially for children's hands, and will quickly become damaged and/or easily lost. Shipping by post is also questionable for this amount, as it is uninsured. What's more, it comes in a simple envelope, so the simple booklet is crumpled! However, the terms and conditions make it clear that little value is apparently placed on consumer rights. Return if not satisfied or similar. - is not. No recommendation.

Labels peel off easily.

I did not receive the confirmation email, nor have I received a reply to the email query I wrote. They say that production takes 48 hours but we don't know when the order will arrive. I need it now. It doesn't seem fair to pay for something that you don't know when you will receive. At the moment my degree of satisfaction is zero, I hope it will be solved soon. I received the order and the product is of good quality, I am happy with the purchase but it still doesn't seem right that you don't receive a confirmation email, the uncertainty is disconcerting. I think it is something that could be improved.
