I received the labels: they are impossible to peel off. The others I had ordered two years ago were different, I don't know if it's a defect or if we changed something. With the cost they have and the waiting time, a real disappointment.

I ordered the labels on x end of August, on the 30th they shipped and as of today September 18, they still have not arrived, on Monday my son starts kindergarten and I have not been able to label anything!!!! It is a real scam. They advertise on their website that the stickers will be ready in 48 hours and it's been more than ten days and I still haven't received the order. Not only that, but after a complaint by mail, since they don't answer the customer service phone, they ask me again for the payment. After sending them the proof of payment of my order, they have not answered me again. It is a scam. A real disgrace. I advise customers not to buy from this lousy store.
