I still haven't received anything and no one from client service is answering me, where is my order and when will it arrive?

Order shipped (and paid for) on 27/07 and still not received.

Unfortunately, the name badges arrived too late, not in 2 days as stated, but only after 6 days, so I no longer needed them. The tags themselves are OK, but lie unused in the drawer and cost money.

Unfortunately these where a waste of money they didn't stay on the clothing well at all which was such a shame as they were so cute

The goods are not even here after 2 weeks, so how should I rate them? If it doesn't arrive this week, I'll get a reminder. Bad service so far.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed. I bought the self-adhesive clothing labels for my son's summer camp. They were stuck on several days before his departure. In the first wash, not only did they almost all come off, but worse, they stuck back on other clothes in places where they left traces of glue after I tried to remove them. I won't be buying again. I'd done the same thing with one of your competitors, but with iron-on labels, and they held up very well. I wanted to do something simpler with stickers but it didn't work.

I placed my order on June 6 and after not receiving it I contacted them, after several e-mails they told me that it was not normal, that they were manufacturing again and they would send it to me again. To this day I am still waiting for my 3 orders since none of them have arrived.

Products not received I am very disappointed?

It's been 1 month since I placed the order and I still haven't received it, but I won't buy again nor recommend it

Hello I placed an order on Friday evening consisting of labels and a snack box. The next morning, I asked to cancel the order for the snack box. When I didn't get a reply, I repeated my request on Monday morning. I received a message saying that the parcel had already left! It's a shame and disappointing to have no way of contacting you other than via your website, knowing that no acknowledgement of receipt is sent afterwards!

I ordered some labels for clothes with an animal along with the name, and I have only received them with the name, nothing of the drawing.

I have been waiting for a long time for my order to arrive, I hope to have it by September. If not, I will file a complaint at the consumer office.

It had problems with delivery that delayed me 3 weeks, the staff simply ignored my emails, had no support whatsoever and that was my third and last purchase made on that site. Poor service and I am very dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not at all satisfied with the service, as every year! It says that orders are ready and dispatched within 48 hours, but this is totally untrue every time. I wrote to customer service who took several days to reply. Every year I repeat the experience for the sake of convenience, but it's always the same.

The order I placed did not arrive, they told me they would send it to me again and I am still waiting.

Poor rating for very long time...labels ordered on July 15 and still not delivered. I hope it will be resolved soon.

I placed an order on 13.07.2021 and I still haven't received notification of receiving it ... I was told I would receive it in 2 to 10 days. And now I am at another address because I am on vacation, so I will not be able to pick it up.

Order placed, at the time of checking where this one is I see that its statute is "cancelled" without any request of my share, either, I place my order again, one week later I look where that is... order once again cancelled without to have asked it!!!! Too bad, I order elsewhere, but I'm very, very disappointed and annoyed.
