The labels are nice, but I was shocked to receive the personalized bag at 9euros in which I thought to put my son's slippers and when I received it, what was not my surprise to receive a bag all mini rikiki I do not even know what is the use of this bag!!! I think the photo is misleading
The stopper on my daughter's water bottle broke and 8 for a stopper is way overpriced! What's more, her bottle is already peeling, and I'm very disappointed with the quality.
The order I placed on July 29 is still not complete as of today, August 25. I received the water bottles in a first shipment, then the name tags in a second shipment and I'm still waiting for the 2 sheets of stickers. I had already ordered the labels alone (first name last name) and the shipment went well. But as soon as I ordered something else with them, the order didn't go through.
I ordered a water bottle for my 4-year-old son. Very happy with the design and colors. However, I was very disappointed with the system. The cap is very difficult to open, the drinking system is impossible to unlock ... my son has to force ... to use his hands (not at all hygienic)... in short... I wouldn't recommend it. On the other hand, I'm very pleased with the labels.
I received my order this morning, delivery time more than correct, 1 week between order and delivery. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order; the gourd is superb although it seems a little "fragile" to me, I'm afraid that the slightest shock could damage the decoration... To be seen in time! A little more disappointed by the lunchbox, the box itself is nice but for the price I wasn't expecting a decalco... That said, I think that if the gourd holds up well, n°3 will also have the right to his gourd and lunchbox when the time comes.
Delivery took longer than I expected.
On the site, the announced order processing time is 48 hours, but as soon as my order was validated, I received an e-mail warning me that the order processing time had been extended. I think that this practice comes close to misleading advertising, and I sent an e-mail to customer service, which to this day remains unanswered. In the end, I received my order in over a week.
I have always been satisfied with the labels for the past 4 years, but this time, when printing, the precutter had a problem on a set of 100 labels. I had to cut the transparency myself, otherwise it wouldn't come off.
The products are as expected. The delay was longer than announced on the site (in Covid period it's understandable), please indicate the right delays. Very disappointed by the hand-written message card, with sloppy handwriting, the message is not complete... There's no point in offering the service, even if it's free.

Good quality pouch and very pretty, but delivery is a bit tricky...order placed 13 days before my son's birthday and received 2 days after the birthday, even though it was the gift for the guests. In short, my guests left with nothing, I have the bags at home and I don't know what to do with them. I sent an email on August 4 to reassure myself and to find out exactly if I had the pouches for the big day and they replied that I did, so we'll just have to see about delivery times or tell customers the real days they need to place their order before it arrives.
My daughter is nearly 4 and it's difficult for her to manipulate the cap, which is quite hard to open and close.

I usually order and never have any problems, I'm very happy, but this year I'm rather fed up with the quality of the labels... they don't detach properly from the backing (they tear or stick very well and everything comes with them...) and the mini labels for the pens are illegible! Correct delivery times. Parcel tracking problem with La Poste (no information) Delighted with the cans (good quality and nice design) Good presentation of the labels and nice rendering, practical (notebook) Stickers not easy to peel off. I had imagined textile labels in another material (fabric), but the fact that it only sticks to the label is a problem for me, as children can't stand labels on clothes and I remove them all. As a result, I'm not sure where to stick the textile labels. I'm thinking of buying either a textile ink pad or fabric labels to stick on the inside of the garment.
The 1st kit I ordered was badly printed... so I signedale6ey the site sent me back a 2nd free kit (better printing, but very average on the sides). Decueque the self-adhesive clothing labels can only be put on the fabric labels and not on the textile itself.
I asked to put a happy birthday message on my order of cans and it wasn't done. When I opened the package there was nothing mentioned about it.
I ordered 70 adhesive labels for my daughter's first day at school on August 4th. 10 arrived in a letter today. I can't tell whether the rest will arrive, as it came by letter without tracking. I now have to label my daughter's documents differently. I certainly won't be ordering a second time. I am very disappointed.

I was very happy with the products when I received them: a gourd, a pouch and labels for clothes. I ordered them for my daughter's first day of school. After only a few days, the gourd slipped out of my 3-year-old daughter's hands and fell to the ground. It's badly damaged and the paint is peeling. I'm disappointed by the quality and will probably buy another one for the new school year. It's a shame.
We have ordered clothing labels before from Petit Fernand and we were very happy with them. Petit Fernand appear to have changed the process or the supplier and the new labels are horrible. They are now covered with some kind of film and it is extremely difficult to remove them from the book they come in. Please go back to how they were because this new shiny film is a real nightmare. **UPDATE** Thank you for coming back to us so promptly. We will reach out directly to the customer service team.
Unfortunately, a part was missing from the order, which has not yet been delivered (order was on 12.07.) The actual delivery took quite a long time and the link sent to track the delivery did not work (probably because the products come to France). Therefore only 3 stars. However, customer service responded quickly, friendly and adequately to inquiries and the complaint. The quality of the products (label stickers, drinking bottle and lunch box) is good as described. I have not yet tried whether the label stickers can withstand a wash cycle. Addendum from 18.08.: the missing part has still not been delivered.

Hello, I have been ordering for several years now. I have always been satisfied. This year, the order was received promptly as usual. However, the quality of the stickers is not good, they are very difficult to remove from the original backing and are already a little damaged even before I stick them on the objects. In a word, disappointed!
The stickers look great and, so far, have held up really well. However, it is a disaster to get the stickers out of the booklet without them creasing or breaking....
Here I can agree with some of the customers. It simply takes far too long, it's better to order here within Germany. Ordered on 29.07. and we are still waiting. I can't find a supplier where the tracking number is known under the tracking number sent. It might have made sense to send a tracking link to the customer rather than just a number. We can't say anything about the sticker quality yet.
Good service. Too bad there are shipping costs when I seem to have seen "free shipping".
Everything great but the order takes a long time to arrive.
A service that unfortunately can't meet the delivery times advertised on the site, and which sends out a three-day warning by e-mail once the order has been placed. It's a real shame. I live abroad and was passing through France, so I had arranged to receive these labels on time. But now I'm left with nothing because the order had to be cancelled, as the service didn't clearly give me the new delivery date. The refund was made and the after-sales service was reactive on this point, but that didn't solve the problem. Having been warned too late, I was unable to order elsewhere. So back to school without personalized labels. A big disappointment for my children who had spent time with me to personalize their labels. It would be enough to announce other deadlines, even temporarily, on the site to avoid disappointment. Reading the reviews now, I can see that I'm not the first and that this problem dates back a long way. The postal services can't be solely responsible. It's up to the site to be transparent and honest, but also to react and anticipate overcharges. No hard feelings and see you next time!

Received the bad labels I'm waiting for the new ones. To see if the delivery is fast, it's already been 15 days.
I have placed several orders and it would be great if you could separate the "sticker booklets" by name individually. Or at least inform the customer that you are going to unify all the stickers in a single booklet (at no time is informed and I have sent emails to send them to me separately and still I have received all the stickers together in a single booklet). For example: if you order stickers for Jose, Carlos, Ana, Paula, Silvia and Felix, you don't know how they are going to arrive. You don't know how they will arrive (probably all together as they have arrived to me on all occasions). The best thing would be to have a booklet of stickers for each child; one with all the stickers for Jose, another with those of Carlos, another with those of Ana, and so on with those of all of them. I have bought them as gifts for several people and I have always had to tear the booklets, spoiling the detail (and leaving a very ugly presentation of the article). It would be great if you could inform the customer about how it will be sent or ask if the customer wants them separately, together (for example boys in one booklet and girls in another) or if they are indifferent (with an example to make it clear).
I ordered all the stickers in the same color but then in the confirmation email they were listed differently. I didn't notice and that's how they arrived, green with light yellow lettering.
Most of the labels are poorly cut and the unfilled white tip is visible and looks a bit ugly.
Customized water bottle. Opened the spout cap twice and it's already broken. Disappointed by the quality of the stopper. Otherwise, the stainless-steel bottle is well insulated, especially in hot weather.
The labels arrived more than 2 weeks after the order... that's a long time. Too long! The self-adhesive labels for objects are nice and effective. The ones for clothes are less resistant than I thought (they came off a little in the wash). The iron-on ones, well, I didn't get a chance to try them out, since they arrived after my son left for camp...
