Hello, have now tried the new stickers and unfortunately have to say that after washing all the stickers are washed off. I wanted to ask if they could be replaced. I'm going to try different ones because I have so much to do with 3 children and new stickers after every wash is not an option. I've had some from Amazon on my clothes for 6 months and they still hold. MfG

I expected it to be printed on fabric or at least a more durable material than paper. It is a simple label that can be found in any stationery store. It must be said, however, that the customer service department promptly stepped in to resolve my concerns.
The labels are just as described, very pretty and high quality. What's more, they come in a notebook, which is very practical for storing them.
The stickers are of excellent quality. The design is very good.
I have not yet received my order of February 21 but I had a call from customer service. Probably there was a computer bug and the post office lost my order. The company sent me new labels as soon as they knew about the problem. The parcel arrived safely and I'm very happy with the product. Thank you very much!

Very disappointed I ordered 2 wooden luggage tags for my children. The tags are correct (18euros) but the fasteners are two pieces of string that will obviously never hold and do not allow the tags to be moved to other bags once attached.

Fast, easy service to personalize labels and receive them quickly. A very practical and varied range, for both clothes and objects. One suggestion: it would be nice to have a smaller version of the iron-on labels, which take up a lot of space and can be used on small items of clothing (e.g. socks on a snowboard trip), or the self-adhesive labels, which can be too big depending on the brand of clothing. Thank you for the time you've saved with self-adhesive labels!
Fast delivery and hold just great (even after washing 30 times) I have already used the labels for my big one and the little one gets some from the same brand. Different motif of course. There is enough choice of motifs ;>)

Customer service is very friendly by email and resolves complaints within a week. The products usually last a long time and are of good quality. A small sticker sheet was included and they apologized for the inconvenience. That is very fair. That's why we've been customers for a long time.
