Gorgeous and excellent

I purchased the thermoadhesive clothing labels: beautiful and very easy to use. I recommend them!

This is not the first time I have purchased labels from you...they are super cute at an appropriate price!

It took a long time for the order to arrive, I placed it in August and it arrived long after school had started. I also had to buy labels elsewhere because they did not arrive on time.

I never received the order. I have contacted customer service several times but to date I still have not heard back.

Fantastic labels! I chose the elementary school package and found several custom sizes inside. Also great because the label once placed on the item does not come off easily.

Cute and fun to make up together with the kids, quick to receive, wash resistant (even the ones you can stick on without an iron) - Petit Fernand labels are a must for me!

When I placed the order I sent an email because I had ordered the wrong option. I wanted them for clothing. I received an email saying that they would give me an answer in 24 hours approx. and not only did they not give me an answer but they sent me the order which is of no use to me.

I ordered the labels for the second time ! I must say that the first time I had a great time The second time though, very bad ! They took more than 20 days to arrive ! Very slow in shipping ! Absurd ! But the labels are of good quality, that yes !

Hello, I've been a customer for several years and everything has always gone well, except this time when a month later my order still hasn't arrived. I've called and sent several messages with no reply or without managing to reach anyone. I'm very surprised at the sharp drop in service quality.

The labels varied, beautiful and are of quality, vivid colors, also gave me stickers, you track the order, a serious and organized people.

Petit-Fernand has excellent aesthetic taste, and the online booking service is easy to use, intuitive, and beautiful to look at. I ordered a number of labels for clothes and objects. I chose the background, colors, fonts, and designs. The labels that iron on fabrics hold up well, even to repeated washings. Only flaw to report: the printing graphics could be slightly improved, as they look a bit grainy.
