I received my parcel with a wait of more than 10 days. My child went to summer camp without a label on his clothes. The advertisement said delivered in 48 h! No apology from you for the delay by e-mail. On the other hand, we receive an e-mail to give our opinion...

Order took 15 days to arrive. As a result, my children had already left for camp when their labels arrived 🙁 For the rest, great product, as usual.

We still haven't received our order placed on July 9th and it's now the 29th. We needed these labels for July 31st, hence our anticipation, as our order will be useless after this date.

The delivery took almost 10 days. Only after I asked customer service did I receive an answer that the delivery had been sent by airmail. When the stickers arrived, I was a little disappointed that they were so funny...

The delivery times announced were not respected. I received my order on D+11 days....when the delivery time announced on the site is D+48h.

I paid immediately, but I have been waiting for the goods for almost a month. I wrote 3 emails to customer service. None of them were answered. What can I say...I'm disappointed & of course I can't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, no item arrived. A buyer protection case has also been opened with PayPal. The retailer put me off, but I would like to wait until date X and then get in touch again. Too bad I was looking forward to the stickers.

I placed my order on July 12 and still today (July 27) nothing has arrived yet!!! Of course the payment was made immediately!!!!

Hello, very disappointed because my order was delivered too late and I could not mark my children's clothes. I do not recommend because it was noted delivery in 48h, I therefore advise not to make false promises .....

I can't give you my opinion on this because I haven't received my order, I'm very disappointed.

The 48-hour deadline was not respected... labels received with children already away at camp...

I've been waiting two weeks for my order, I received the amount and I don't know anything else, they don't answer my phone or a message I sent, really lousy.

I bought labels that come off in the wash. It's also very complicated to sew them as they are thermolactile.

Iron-on labels don't stick at all!!! Yet glued according to instructions. Very disappointed! What's more, the personalized sticker on the tartine box was poorly stuck on (lots of bubbles, I doubt it will last long).

Very disappointed. I ordered the labels for my son to go to Colo. The iron-on ones were easy to apply, but they didn't even last a week at Colo, they all fell off as I went along. But they were well glued. They fell off before you even washed the garment once. I don't recommend them at all...

I'd leave a good review if I'd received my item I ordered. I've not heard anything since I bought it on the 4th July.
