Few labels to put on pencils and too many labels for clothes

Lovely labels turned up on time and as ordered. The first item I labelled was my children's cotton sun caps, each cap has a neck flap so I put the label on the inside of the flap as this seemed to be an area which wouldn't get rubbed. I followed the instructions & the first label fell off within 30 mins. I re-applied it and let it cool/ set for 24 hours before my daughter wore it. We went to the beach, she swam, the hat got wet and the label came off. Last year I bought some cheap labels from M&S which stayed on all year. I'll be using them again this year. Really disappointing.

I placed two simultaneous orders in July. One was for an order of labels for children, and the other was for two personalized water bottles. When I placed my orders, there were no promotional offers. It was only two days later that I received an e-mail proposing an offer. I would have appreciated receiving it before my second order, so that I could have taken advantage of it. The quality of the products seems to be good but it has a cost. I may direct my lunch box order to another site if it has an offer.

Quite satisfied with the whole. However, I'm disappointed by the school pack: the labels are filled in automatically, so only the family name appears on the one-line labels if, like me, you're "trusting" and lack vigilance (never had a problem in the past). What's more, they really can't be removed easily... As for the clothing labels, I find that they don't stick as well as the ones I've ordered in the past, a change of glue or product? Up to now I've always been fully satisfied with my orders, but this time it's a real shame.

The labels are very pretty, but in my case they don't hold. No matter how hard you iron them for 5 minutes, the edges just come off. With or without parchment paper, it's the same... Our iron is an automatic steam iron, so maybe that's something to do with it, but I'm disappointed with the result.

Beautiful rendering, the labels are perfect, but the waiting time justifies this mark.

Unfortunately, the labels don't hold well. I ordered them for my son's bodysuits. Unfortunately, you have to sew them directly onto cotton. They came off again after 2 washes!

Termo-adhesive labels don't adhere well

Spelling problems. I have sent an email but no reply.

The gourd I bought is very good and very pretty, but I don't think there are enough motifs for the bottom of the labels and the shapes.

I was pleased with the speed with which the labels were sent. However, it was very difficult to remove them from their backing. In addition, many of the labels do not show the family name. Finally, as soon as I put them in the machine for the first time, they peel right off.

I had imagined the stickers to be smaller.

The lunch box and bottle are nice in themselves, but there's only one sticker on the lunch box and it's not even flawless but has small flaws. I would have expected more for the price, e.g. a print that really lasts a long time and is of good quality. The sticker will probably not last very long. Then not only the name but also the motif will be gone. For me, this was a disappointing experience and I cannot recommend it to others. Delivery time was fine.

I ordered both the heat stick labels and a personalized trousse to make a gift. All very nice too bad the trousse arrived stained black.

The labels are beautiful. Too bad it spoiled the shopping experience that they arrived a month later than ordered. Anyway when I brought the problem to their customer service, they took care of me immediately and started manufacturing again thinking they might have missed them.

The order arrived after 16 days and I needed it sooner...but the quality is quite good.

Wash and exit

Hello I am disappointed this year by your labels whose glue is of very poor quality. For several years now, I've been ordering labels that stand up very well to washing, but this year the glue is of very poor quality and doesn't hold up despite good use.

Attractive labels. Wide choice of fonts, logos and colors. After several tests on different fabrics, I find that the clothing labels don't hold up very well. In any case, they won't last the whole school year 🙁

This is the third time I've ordered and so far I've been very happy. But this time the paper/labels come off really badly. So I'm disappointed.

Until now I would have given you 5. However, I've just bought a pack for back-to-school and... It's almost impossible for me to remove the labels from your sheets and affix them to my son's objects. There's a transparent film on each sheet which makes it difficult to peel off.

I ordered several products for my daughter's casal. Finally it arrived when the casal was over and I didn't need it anymore. The products, however, are very cool.

Longer wait. All the labels in the same booklet, even though they were different names - hello sticker sharing!

I like the fact that you can design the labels yourself. The delivery was also very quick. However, the iron-on labels don't hold very well, even though I ironed them exactly as instructed. I have now ordered the adhesive labels again, hopefully they will hold better.

Unfortunately to date I still can't rate the quality of the product because I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. I was planning other orders already in my cart, but the shipping time is really too long so I think I will use elsewhere. Order placed July 8, 2020

Labels darker when printed than on the website visual. I would have changed the colors with a better preview before ordering. Nice quality of service though.

The quality of the stickers is good, as far as I can tell. Implementation of the order and customer service unfortunately not so. I ordered 2 sets (1x school set 1x basic set) for 2 children. For over 40 . These were delivered mixed up in a booklet! Bad if these should be in school bag and sibling bag. I then kindly asked the customer service if you could please send me another booklet with ironing paper and then I would make 2 sets myself. However, this was not possible because if I wanted to have 2 sets each in a separate brochure then I would have to place 2 separate orders!!!! I could not find this procedure anywhere on the site. Even when I asked where this would be noted in the store, I only got the answer that this would unfortunately be the procedure... not very customer friendly!

The stickers were just bunched you together and no separate booklets as one was supposed to go somewhere else.

I was a little late but the staff was very friendly.

Personalized box with design and first name bought by 3 and very disappointed because the image is already peeling off!

I still haven't received my order! That's a long time.
