Iron-on labels peel off after one wash 🙁

I have bought several times through this site and have always been fine, unfortunately my last order is missing the water bottle that I paid for. I have written to customer service but have not received a response. Reluctantly I will no longer be buying from Petit-Fernand Laura

My package after a month has still not arrived

Hello, I ordered on a Monday and the labels arrived on Tuesday of the following week, so we're a long way from "2-4 working days" delivery. In addition to the delay, some of the labels had another person's name on them. Maybe it was bad luck, but I won't recommend them again. Thank you very much.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. I needed the labels before the 19th and ordered well 15 days before. My children went on a school trip and I ordered the clothing labels for nothing because the order was not received!
