I trusted your labels again because of the previous positive experience, but this time I paid the same and there was only one sheet with stickers (for iron-on), when the previous time, for the same price, there were 5 pages. I was really disappointed.

I ordered bottle cap and labels. arrived package containing only the cap and the labels have not yet arrived, despite email reminder to assistensta.

The material never arrived...I wrote several times but no response. I asked for a new shipment or refund but no response....

Very nice labels, sticks well on items and clothes. Shipping a little slow and not much choice for personalization but all in all can go.

The iron on lables fall off. I've ironed on clothes 200°c heat, left for over 24hours before wearing and also washed in 30°c temp but all the ironed on lables are peeling off

I have not received my order, I have no news if it has been delivered elsewhere, but I have received this email to give my opinion, I guess it will have been delivered and I do not know anything.

Very nice labels and easy to stick on clothes, even washing them stay on clothes

The label after a couple of washes has already lifted, the nest kit includes too many adhesive labels for objects (useless for a nest) , while there are few labels for clothes

Punctual is in accordance with the description.

Perfect labels. The package took 10 days to arrive. But given the time (back to school) I think this is normal. I will continue to buy from the site.

Unable to order despite numerous attempts. There are bugs throughout the ordering process. My account had been deleted, then an error message in Spanish when paying (even though I'm ordering from Belgium). In short, after 5 attempts, I gave up.

It's been almost a month since I placed the order but I haven't received the labels yet!!!!!.

Meets our expectations

I have not received my order, placed the first week of September, and I have not received any solution to date. And it is now October 2nd.

I bought the labels and the truth is that they are very cool. The stick on objects is amazing, I stuck them on a glass of my baby and I have washed and not removed but on the contrary the heat adhesive stickers for clothes came off when I washed them, I contacted them and very kindly they will send me back to send the labels. Very happy and exceptional treatment. I will buy them again if the ones they send me do not peel off.

Could be good if it weren't for the adhesive ones that in markers and crayons tend to come off and you have to tape them. So sufficient.

Order never arrived! After 3 emails sent to report it, still no answer! However I have been debited... Abusé ! I'm going to continue my e-mail reminders because they receive them well, I have an automatic e-mail that replies to me!

I bought a nursery pack at Petit Fernand, I am very happy with the stickers because they have very good adhesion but the shipping took me a little longer than what the page says and there is no way to track it (they put it in the mailbox and that's it).

Aesthetically beautiful labels but some were not properly pre-cut and would not come off.

I had aquaistas before and always got along well, but this time..I got personalized labels for clothing and objects. Unfortunately only one sheet was for garments to be glued with iron, the rest were simple stickers..and honestly 30 euros for stickers

So pleased with my stickers for my daughters clothing and bag etc for nursery. These stickers are really good quality. Perfectly presented as well in the booklet - will certainly be ordering more!

I like the material very much but it has arrived too late.

I love the labels, my daughters love to mark their school or camp stuff with them, they are fun and colorful. Ahh and very resistant!

This is the second purchase of object labels I make on this site, in the first case small (1 line) for school supplies, in the second case large (4 lines) for other materials. Products delivered in about a week, matching expectations, with excellent adhesive capacity. Reasonable price. Very satisfied.

The stickers are great as always, the only thing is that the shipping took a long time.

Fun and colorful, the children chose and eagerly awaited them. The labels gave originality and color to the school materials.

I made 2 orders. The first time the envelope was wet because of the rain and the name tags were wavy. Now the 2nd time everything has arrived dry and I am satisfied!
