Service has been great! One item was left off our order and they replied and sent it straight away. We've not used all our labels yet, although they all look amazing, and I love the way its presented with full, but simple instructions.

Not very fast shipping consider though that the shipping starts from France. Very nice labels and also very nice packaging that allows not to lose them. I tested the labels on the items for now. Bottle put in dishwasher the label did not come off and did not lose its initial color.
