I placed an order for 30 euros to be delivered in Luxembourg. I never received the products I ordered. I contacted customer service who asked me to check with the neighbors to see if the package had been delivered to them. I checked with all the neighbors but to no avail. No one had seen it. I then informed the company, which didn't get back to me. I paid for an order that I never received and no refund was offered. Very disappointing experience.

The labels come off after a few washes. Yet wash at 30 . I followed the instructions correctly, but I'm really disappointed.

I left a complaint about my order on the day I received it, September 05, but I still haven't received a reply as of September 21.

Hello, I never received my order. After August 29, 2022 it is now September 21 and I have never received anything. Customer service has never helped me! This site is pathetic and there is no way to contact someone directly, their phone line is closed at the moment. I don't recommend them at all, I'm very dissatisfied and I'm asking for my money back, I still haven't received anything either!

Very good product that I've been using since my son started kindergarten. He's 6 now and I'm still using it. Very practical and the labels are strong and hold up through machine washing. I highly recommend it.

The water bottles, food boxes and labels were of better quality. I give 4 stars because the delivery charges were expensive 12, despite the fact that the sum of my order exceeded 100. We should think about free delivery for large orders. Best regards.
