I made an order for the first time, I paid the express shipping which is almost ten euros because I urgently needed the labels, and they took more than a week to deliver it to me, I feel cheated, because if I paid the express shipping, it was theirs to deliver them soon, if not, I would not have paid, I complained and the petit-Fernando, they tell me that they sent it and they expect it to arrive soon, but they do not put any solution to what I have told them, freaking out with them, I will not buy here again, I do not recommend it.

Ordered 5 days ago (#4001249556) and haven't received any shipment notification even though website says made within 48h. The status online still shows processing! Definitely don't believe the "delivery within 2 to 6 working days" note on their website. After seeing the reviews here and other's experiences, I really regret ordering with them. I doubt I'll ever receive anything like many people on here. I emailed them yesterday but they haven't responded yet, it's a 72hr lead time to respond and no other way to contact them. The company seems great at marketing and design but awful at operations. Update: it's been shipped now after 5 days, will see when it actually arrives...

Many friends had told me good things about this site but for me unfortunately it was not the same.... The labels never arrived at their destination, after several reminders telling me that they would arrive and that they could not track the shipment, after about 2 weeks out of the blue they tell me that the package went missingo..... Ordered at the end of August, it was supposed to be delivered on August 26, perfect! Except that they forgot my house number so the parcel was sent back to sender. I wrote to them to find out how things were going and then you had to pay 720 via PayPal to have the parcel sent back to you (whereas on the initial order it was 6delivery) so I didn't want to lose the 66 I'd already paid so I returned 720 and I'm still waiting for the parcel.

Good evening, I placed an order (N°3000978945) on August 29, it turns out shipped the next day but still no news. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient until September 15 ( school already started). I am very sorry about this inconvenience because this is the fourth year I have been buying from them so far there have been no problems, shipments have arrived after po ho days. Last year a label was found to be defective and within 3 days they sent me the new reprinted corrected ones. Hopefully everything arrives on time I would hate to change suppliers.
