Bought 30 labels on 25.08 and still haven't received anything! Knowing that it's for the school, I'm obliged to recommend some. Hoping it will finally arrive! I contacted customer service in September and got no answer. I'm very disappointed and hope to hear from you as soon as possible, as 9 x 2 doesn't suit me at all!

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

The delivery time is stated in our terms and conditions and in the confirmation email, but not on the payment page. We will refund your order in full! These are terrible. Didn't even survive one day at school, let alone through the wash. They are too long for most clothing labels, which is where the manufacturer instructs the user to adhere them for best effect. There are better products than this on the market.

This year I am unfortunately disappointed. I'm not one for negative comments, but having received no reply from the company after two messages I'm writing my dissatisfaction here. I've been ordering from the site for years because I was satisfied with the self-adhesive labels, but here the labels don't stick properly, which is annoying when you're dealing with about 80 labels. I think it's a shame not to have any feedback from the company about this incident.

Hello, bought in June 2021, here we are in September 2022 and everything is fine. I tested a "mixed" and therefore at the moment I can ensure the maintenance on the labels of clothing, those of the shoes, the thermocolables. I haven't yet tried the one on objects. I've also bought the toast box and the personalized water bottle with my 3-year-old child, and they're perfect, excellent quality, solid stuff! I4was afraid because of the sponsored ad on facebook (which doesn't give them good publicity because 99% of them are scams), and in the end it's very good! I've learned that several of my colleagues have been ordering from them for years with the same level of satisfaction. In short, to be recommended.

We ordered water bottles, the order arrived, the quality of the bottle is good but, there is a big but. The quality of the cap is bad, absolutely not suitable for children, it breaks very easily and we have already had to replace them twice, a hidden cost that would deserve some attention. Some of their kindergarten classmates have also had the same problem with the same product. It's a shame because the rest is fine.

I placed order (3000986277) paying by bank transfer - because even though I entered 3 different cards on the site the payment was being rejected - on August 30. To date I know NOTHING about my order. Contacted customer service and sent accounting - did NOT respond. I paid by the way for express delivery just to receive the order as soon as possible! Absurd to be treated like this! And please don't tell me that there is a postal services anomaly because it is customer service and production that is NOT working here!

Terrible...avoid! Stated at checkout 2-6 working day delivery. Then you get a e-mail days after ordering saying labels being made within 48 hours and will be a up to 10 day delivery. So essentially they know delivery is 2 or more weeks and yet choose to mislead by saying its 2-6 days to secure the sale. My labels still haven't arrived after 2.5 weeks! Completely unreliable and unprofessional
