Bought 30 labels on 25.08 and still haven't received anything! Knowing that it's for the school, I'm obliged to recommend some. Hoping it will finally arrive! I contacted customer service in September and got no answer. I'm very disappointed and hope to hear from you as soon as possible, as 9 x 2 doesn't suit me at all!

Correct labels. We'll see how long they last, especially the clothing labels.

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

Unfortunately, the quality of the labels has deteriorated a lot and they have already come off after one wash. The customer service is also not very customer-oriented and you only got the message that you can no longer send it back

Very good nothing to say recommend

These are terrible. Didn't even survive one day at school, let alone through the wash. They are too long for most clothing labels, which is where the manufacturer instructs the user to adhere them for best effect. There are better products than this on the market.

This year I am unfortunately disappointed. I'm not one for negative comments, but having received no reply from the company after two messages I'm writing my dissatisfaction here. I've been ordering from the site for years because I was satisfied with the self-adhesive labels, but here the labels don't stick properly, which is annoying when you're dealing with about 80 labels. I think it's a shame not to have any feedback from the company about this incident.

Hello, bought in June 2021, here we are in September 2022 and everything is fine. I tested a "mixed" and therefore at the moment I can ensure the maintenance on the labels of clothing, those of the shoes, the thermocolables. I haven't yet tried the one on objects. I've also bought the toast box and the personalized water bottle with my 3-year-old child, and they're perfect, excellent quality, solid stuff! I4was afraid because of the sponsored ad on facebook (which doesn't give them good publicity because 99% of them are scams), and in the end it's very good! I've learned that several of my colleagues have been ordering from them for years with the same level of satisfaction. In short, to be recommended.

I ordered a personalized water bottle in June, but the cap on the bottle doesn't screw on properly anymore. I've reported it but they won't send me back a new cap... I think it's a shame that a product bought 3 months ago already has problems.

Nul!!!! 1st and last time I order on this site! Lunch box ordered, wrong motif chosen, first name misspelled! ZERO customer service! no response despite several emails and impossible to reach anyone by phone! Very, very disappointed!!!!!

I am very disappointed with your service. 26/08/2022 I ordered stickers for my son. My son went back to school on 05/09/2022 but I still haven't received the anything. I've rang up customer service & sent an email but no answer/reply.

We ordered water bottles, the order arrived, the quality of the bottle is good but, there is a big but. The quality of the cap is bad, absolutely not suitable for children, it breaks very easily and we have already had to replace them twice, a hidden cost that would deserve some attention. Some of their kindergarten classmates have also had the same problem with the same product. It's a shame because the rest is fine.

I placed order (3000986277) paying by bank transfer - because even though I entered 3 different cards on the site the payment was being rejected - on August 30. To date I know NOTHING about my order. Contacted customer service and sent accounting - did NOT respond. I paid by the way for express delivery just to receive the order as soon as possible! Absurd to be treated like this! And please don't tell me that there is a postal services anomaly because it is customer service and production that is NOT working here!

I placed my order for my daughter's school labels since August 18 and today on September 6 I still haven't received anything. I contact by mail, by instagram and by phone and I get no answer. I have neither the money nor the order, I just want them to either refund my money or send me my shipment even if I already have to put my daughter's name by hand but no one responds. I feel helpless and disappointed

I order labels every year, and my daughters love choosing the font, color and character they want on their new labels.

The adhesive labels are really great. Unfortunately, I didn't receive them after the first shipment. After informing the shipper, I actually received them a few days later without any problems. In the meantime, I received information about the processing status and was able to follow the progress of the delivery in detail.

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received it yet. My order was for school stickers to identify my children's school supplies and with one day to go before school starts I will have to label by hand. I am disappointed.

Fast dispatch, iron-on labels that adhere very well to the clothes, to be seen over time but the quality looks very good. The little booklet with all the labels together means you won't lose them, I recommend it!

Quality labels, both iron-on and self-adhesive. Fast delivery, no shipping charges. I ordered the wrong background, so the design wasn't there. Customer service was very responsive and took care of everything within a few days. I really recommend it!

I ordered the labels over 3 weeks ago and have not received them. I have contacted customer service to at least know the tracking number and the shipping company so I can find out where my order is and they won't even give it to me...I don't know what to do...there is no way to get an answer. I rectify: I have finally received a reply and they have offered to refund my money or reship. I appreciate the response, better late than never!

I placed in order on 30/08 of a few simple labels.Paid by wire transfer and sent wire transfer account.Via email no response,on the phone no response.Of my order no trace the kindergarten has now started and I had to make do otherwise but I wonder to what extent it is possible not to receive any information

Hello Order placed a bit late but the team works efficiently so I received the labels before the start of the school year. You're top notch. Just one small problem: ..... A bit small but it can be helped.

I've been ordering for a few years now, and I'm very happy, good value for money.

I ordered my labels a long time ago, and school is starting and the children do not have the labels..they give me no solution..only wait and wait..I warned them again on the 28th and we are on day 5..it is a scam in all rule, never ever buy here .

The labels came off the pens on the second day of class.

I am very disappointed with your service. Three weeks ago, I ordered stickers for my children. Today the children started school ... and I still don't have any stickers. I informed you about it, and you assured me that you will resend it quickly ... and then nothing. Please can I have my money back. I do not recommend your company. Big disappointment.

I found out about it on Facebook, so I thought why not, since my little boy was going to nursery school. The website is superbly presented and very accessible, and it's easy to compile labels.

Terrible...avoid! Stated at checkout 2-6 working day delivery. Then you get a e-mail days after ordering saying labels being made within 48 hours and will be a up to 10 day delivery. So essentially they know delivery is 2 or more weeks and yet choose to mislead by saying its 2-6 days to secure the sale. My labels still haven't arrived after 2.5 weeks! Completely unreliable and unprofessional
