I have not yet received my order that I placed almost a month ago.... It says that they manufacture in 48 hours but they don't explain well the shipping time as they come from France. I needed the labels urgently but nothing has arrived.

Although it is advertised that the labels are printed and dispatched within 48 hours, my order was only processed after 4 days and I only received the labels after 10 days. Customer service was useless. I will not be ordering from here again.

Of the stickers I put on my son's clothes, more than half fell off after the first wash (I put them on according to the instructions). I repeated the whole process again being more strict with the instructions and as a result a few have fallen off again. I do not recommend them. I have used other types of stickers to mark my son's clothes for 5 years and have never had this problem. Update Sep 09. They wrote that they were going to contact me and never did. I do not recommend this product

Order of 54 made on July 3 and still not received. I sent 2 messages to find out the status. No answer.

Order never received even after more emails from me for explanations I have had no return from you. The order took more than a week to be shipped, which is a long way from the 48 hours advertised on your site. I strongly advise against this unless, like me, you want to lose money!

Hello, I have ordered 170 new labels and I still have about twenty from two years ago. The 2 year old ones are worthless, they stick to the paper and not to the fabric. They have been well preserved.

The labels don't stick. I've tried 2 different irons and even without washing the clothes everything comes off.

I placed the order on the first of gunio. Today July 19 still haven't received anything besides the email of apology and insist on my address!!! My address is right I placed an order on Amazon on Saturday 17 gunio today 19 gunio they were DELIVERED!!! I have no words! I would like my money back as in 4 days I will no longer need your tags!!!!!

I ordered the name stickers for my little granddaughter on 27.06.21 as she will soon be going to nursery. I liked them very much in the advertisements on the Internet, but unfortunately I cannot judge whether they are really so beautiful and what the quality is like, as they have not yet been delivered. I have not yet received any delivery information and I am disappointed.

I received my first order after a few days, the stickers arrived within 5 days and they stick very well. I placed the second order and now it's been 15 days and the order hasn't arrived. My son is starting school soon, now I have to spend extra money and buy new stickers in the market. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again. Ah and the goods have already been paid for

I bought the personalized bags. I machine washed them at 30°, delicate as indicated on the label. They shrunk 30% and the printing disappeared almost completely.

Order was not displayed correctly. I had to write a maximum of 10 times before someone responded. And the telephone number was never answered

I still haven't received my parcel which I ordered on June 18th and which was dispatched on June 25th. However, I was surprised to receive an SMS telling me that I had to pay customs duties!!!! I therefore concluded that the product I was buying from a Bordeaux-based company had in fact come from the other side of the world, but when you order, you don't know that, any more than you know how long it will take to be delivered. It's scandalous, the consumer is being held hostage. To date, I've paid the customs duties, my parcel was due to arrive last Tuesday and today I still haven't received it - it's unacceptable! I strongly advise against buying anything from this site.

I don't even have my order yet, when I receive a request for advice. Almost 3 weeks and nothing in sight... I'm supposed to receive an e-mail to find out the status of my order, but nothing either. Really not to be recommended!

Order made on July 7th and 8 days later still nothing received.... very disappointed especially when it says delivery within 48h on the site and when ordering... I hope at least that the labels will be pretty if I receive them one day... I will not recommend your site again.

I'd already bought iron-on labels for the crèche and was delighted. For the summer camp, I recommend a set of iron-on labels. The result was very disappointing! even though I followed the instructions In the first wash: half the labels had peeled off In the second wash: there was almost nothing left. It's a shame.

Goods were ordered and not delivered. Even after I informed customer service, nothing happened. It was supposedly produced again but even after a week it was not sent again. I consider it a scam. I won't be ordering from them again.

Discarded labels because they don't stick at all despite following the instructions, and sticking them on labels is already ridiculous, no one looks at them. It's a disgrace. I'm going back to your competitors, even if their designs aren't as pretty. It's a shame, because I'd really like your designs.
