Shoe labels sefface from first use!

Overall, I'm happy with my order, but I was disappointed with the quality of the customizable bag.

I placed the order on 6/29 and have not received it yet.

1st order never received. So they kindly offered to send it back to me. A week later I received the labels, but to my surprise, they weren't the ones I'd ordered (someone else's first name). I contacted the service again, and they are supposed to send me back the right labels. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks. Too bad....

The shipment was delayed longer than expected because it got lost, but customer service was on the lookout and resent it back to me, free of charge. But upon arrival, the printing on one of the products was defective (a blurred drawing on one of the cases). The clothing/object labels, however, were perfect.

I always buy little girls name labels from this company. I find the serlection to be really good and to suit all likes. The reasons I'm only giving 3 stars is because the yellow really isn't as nice and bright as it is on the website so the stickers don't look as nice ?? the names don't stand out as much. Plus you had a big sake hours after I ordered ??

13 days for a shipment is a long time. It said 48 hours for labels. It's not that we were in a hurry, it's that we wonder if we'll receive them... Label for object too long. Too much of a gap between the chosen symbol and the first name. Disappointed overall.

I think it's excessive for the number of labels.

The product itself was really very nice, but the packaging was not good! The sides were creased during transportation and were full of folds! Better and thicker packaging would be appropriate! And for over 30 I expect that too.

A little expensive for what it is and deliver a little slow.

Good size labels that adhere perfectly... Only downside!!! The writing is too small and difficult to read!!!! Too bad!!!

Unfortunately the stickers did not arrive on time. I wanted them for my children's camp and they were delayed quite a bit longer than advertised when I placed the order. However customer service worked out great and they refunded my money. I will shop here again.

The labels took 1 week to arrive...I think that's too long.

Fast delivery . Disappointment on the labels for school items are much too long for first grade supplies like pencils etc...

Visually very nice and high quality stickers, practically unfortunately not so great. They peel off on the sides the next day at the latest. Also far too big to stick on pens. Let's see how they survive the first wash. Apart from that, the shipping went quite quickly and the booklet containing the stickers is also really cute. But I wouldn't buy them again!

The size is too big for the labels and the colors are not very faithful...

I expected more from the product, I ordered 4 custom toiletry bags and the sharpness of the colors and text are not good. The shape does not correspond to the photo, it is more deformed. For the price I expected more quality but well they fulfill their function.

I'm used to ordering labels for my children's clothes, and I'm rarely disappointed, but lately I've been ordering labels for objects and frankly they were very difficult to detach and were getting worn out as a result... so I'm moderately satisfied.

Impossible to add an item despite several requests when the order has not been shipped, you have to pay the shipping costs again and if you don't spend your time on facebook you miss out on the latest promotional codes rather than applying them directly to everyone... disappointed!

A little slow to be delivered

Convenient service, even though the labels peel off easily. No difference between boys and girls for the gift tags at the end of the checkbook. A pity.

Super cute idea and the graphics are really pretty. Unfortunately, even following the application/washing instructions to the letter, all the little labels on the cotton clothes/accessories, came off. Those adesivesugli items are holding up for now.

They're beautiful and of good quality, as always, but for iron-on labels they're far too big. On a pair of panties it's disproportionate... Too bad I'd only use them on 2/3 large pieces.

Water bottle not even been used yet and the lid doesn't close properly.. delivery was expensive and price not clear until payment was already taken, I would not have ordered knowing how much it was!

Good quality as always, but since you start seeing more and more companies offering same or similar product, price could be improved.

The product is fine, but the shipment took a long time and it is very complicated to get solutions from customer service. My order was automatically cancelled due to non-payment even though it was paid for. Despite sending them proof of payment and insisting on the issue by email, they offered me no solutions other than to place another order and pay again. Fortunately I called them by phone and they verified that it was paid for and they were able to send it to me. Even so, the waiting times and the attention I received make me think a lot about placing another order.

48-hour delivery not respected

The spout has adjustable flow but unfortunately every time you need to open it and touch it, the cap is a bit hard. Very expensive shipping charges, they raise the total price of the product. Overall, the water bottle is very nice, the material environmentally friendly and durable.

Delivery too long

They need to be sent out in a hard envelope. Ours arrived all bent and creased from being in the post.

I think that shipping by national post (French and Spanish, in my case) makes them less competitive. Other suppliers of the same type of product are faster and have better control of where the orders in progress can be found.

A bit expensive for the price and shipping takes a long time.

I had given them a delivery address other than my usual address but they did not take it into account! Yet I had made a note of it in the remarks! My labels arrived at the wrong address!
