Very nice labels ? I recommend it

A disaster, we made a purchase for 38 euros. The order never arrived. When we complained, which was as soon as we returned from vacation, they told us that many days had passed. They give us no opportunity to send it again, no other explanation. The shipment has come to nothing and we have thrown away 38 euros...in addition, we do not have the labels for the beginning of the course. A disgrace.

The products are very good and delivered quickly, I recommend them.

I'm always happy with the labels for my grandchildren. Last August, I ordered labels for my granddaughter, forgetting to specify the family name. I immediately sent a corrective e-mail. The labels and gourd were delivered very quickly, but without any correction. A week later, I was surprised to receive a new set of corrected labels at no extra charge. I highly recommend this service.

Simple site, quick order and delivery. Nickel to collar on clothing ... now see the duration in time but the feedback received is t: that it holds super long.

Shame on you! I ordered a week ago and still haven't received anything. To be avoided really! It wasn't like that at first. So I'm turning to competitors who deliver in three days instead of 10!!!!! When you know that it's almost back to school, you try to be as reassuring as possible during this period.

My order has not arrived and the delivery time stated on the website has passed. I have sent 2 emails and no one responds.

I have given Petit Fernand five stars even though there was a small error with my order. After a quick email to them, I received a friendly response and my amended order was sent immediately. They also included a discount voucher as an apology. I love the excellent quality of Petit Fernand name labels and they will always be my first choice when I need to order again.

I purchased that iron on labels for my children's uniform my little boy has been going to nursery about the holidays I have washed his T-shirt one with the label on and it has already come off! Unfortunately I've purchased these for four of my children I think they are a waste of money and will be purchasing a permanent pen! ??

The service is lousy, on their website there is a phone number for Spain and you call and the phone number does not exist. They also have a 902 toll free number and you get an answering machine to tell you that this phone is no longer operational. The deadline for delivery of the labels I ordered has already passed and they are already late for the start of the nursery. Customer service with fraudulent information. I am going to have to buy other labels in addition to the charges for the 902 calls. Not recommended.

Received the labels from someone else in an unreachable department. I'm not surprised everyone complains. Big rip-off. You end up marking your stuff with a felt-tip pen after having paid super money! To be avoided absolutely.

Ordered on 08/07 and only received a confirmation email on 08/08. I checked my mailbox thoroughly, but I never received anything... No trace of shipment, no La Poste tracking number, so no way of knowing where my order is! After-sales service won't reimburse me despite my numerous emails, GET OUT!
