I've been ordering for years and I've never been disappointed.

Super fast and serious

Still nothing after 15 days

The self-adhesive labels are great, but the iron-on labels aren't as easy to use as with other brands. What's more, I chose a typeface with a visual that was legible on my screen, unfortunately in real life you have to squint. I'd order again, but only self-adhesive ones.

I love these labels

The labels are badly punched. Almost all of them come off badly or tear at the corners. The small labels don't stick to pens or brushes. I had to fix them all with sellotape. It was a lot of work to stick them all over again.

Order has not arrived since i placed it which was on 12th August 2022, received notification the next day that it had been dispatched yet i have not received it and they take payment straight away. customer service is non existent - no one has replied back to my several attempts to chase my order, kids go back to school next week and I am still without labels. Very concerned that my money has been wasted. Shame as I order from them every year! disappointed customer.

Fast delivery, quality labels. In short, 6 years of impeccable experience!

Unfortunately I have no opinion on the product, as I didn't like the delivery. Tracked delivery would have been appreciated, as otherwise no recourse is possible. It's a shame.

We ordered the back-to-school labels and they have not arrived yet. We have tried to talk on the phone, but it is impossible. We don't know how to contact you to find out when they will arrive if they arrive and we will have to order the labels from another company. The truth is that we are quite disappointed with the service. We give one star because you can't give less. //// WE WRITE AGAIN on SEPTEMBER 22nd. We still have not received the labels, we have been waiting for them since August. They have not answered us. Only on this opinion page they wrote that they were very busy. We don't know anything. It is clear to us that they are not going to arrive. We have written again so that at least other people will NOT have the same thing happen to them.

After 8 days of waiting, the site sent me an e-mail to tell me that they had sent my order to an address that did not include the street number or name. Yet I had filled in everything perfectly... And since they send standard mail, they don't even realize the anomaly. So I'm stuck for the start of the new school year and very disappointed... Elise

Update: very responsive and accommodating customer service who called me very quickly and suggested several solutions; thank you very much for your responsiveness and kindness! Fast, careful dispatch, received less than a week after ordering. The labels are of good quality and are holding up well so far. The booklet system is very practical for storing them and not damaging them. The lunch box is huge! The customizable cotton bag is perfect for holding spare parts. On the other hand, the isothermal water bottle has 3 major faults: the cap cannot be closed, even by an adult (so the bottle is never closed!); - the rotation system for the leak-proof cap is very difficult for a 3-year-old to grasp; - the absence of an air release system makes it very uncomfortable, if not impossible, to use.

Fast customization, fast delivery, fast gluing! Very practical indeed.

I placed an order on 8/08, it's now 8/31 and I still haven't received anything... I would like to speak to customer service, but they are unreachable due to "too many requests". No reply to emails. I was cashed in, of course! So, just a few hours before the start of the new school year, I find myself with no label and no information on what to do next! I've never had this kind of problem with Competitors! Food for thought

Ordered 17/8. It's now the 31st and still haven't received my order. Initially had no shipping confirmation but got response via email confirming it had occurred within 48 hours when queried. Unfortunately there's been no response now that it's been 2 weeks and has not arrived. Disappointed as kids have now returned to school and I've had to label by other means.

Very satisfied with the site, order very quickly and well packaged. The labels are beautifully presented in a booklet.

I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I bought the school pack and the self-adhesive object labels, and they don't stick ????????

The stickers are beautiful. But the delivery times are very long, even if you take into account that production takes place in France. My order also got lost in the first shipment. After many back and forth messages with the friendly customer service, I finally received the stickers after another shipment about three and a half weeks after ordering. The messages emphasized that delivery can take up to 8 working days and that you should only make an entry after 10 working days without receipt. No reference is made to this in the order. It simply states that the ordered products will be manufactured and handed over to the post office within 48 hours. I would therefore order elsewhere next time.

I never received the labels and even when I log into my account it tells me that the e-mail address I provided is not recognized.

I've always ordered from this lovely company and have never been disappointed. Lovely range of designs, colours and fonts which make the kids happy …and quick delivery, simple to use and great value for money which makes me happy!

Great feedback. Designs exactly what I ordered. If I have to put only one downside, it is that the exclusive stickers for the shoes do not adhere very well. But still, I am very happy. This is the second year I have worked with you and I will continue to do so.

Order made on 8/08 received on 29/08 customer service not responsive enough in my opinion because waste of time despite my reminders, for my part this is the 3rd time I order I do not know if I retenter for the blow!

I've been using these labels for my daughter's supplies for a few years now, and they're beautiful and of very good quality (many of them are still stuck on after several years).

I bought a personalized lunch box. It was really well received. Looks great. And fast shipping too. A bit pricey. Hope the quality is right.
