No customer service. One star seems too much to me. I simply have not received my labels that I ordered over 20 days ago. I have not been contacted within 48 or 72 hours. And now I have had to resort to another company to have labels in time for the course to start. So, the service is terrible and non-existent. I think it is a fraud. Plain and simple.

I never received my labels... Impossible to connect to my customer area to see where my order was. I've emailed customer service and still haven't heard back... order placed a month ago.

A little on the small 1-line adhesive labels. They're hard to peel off. For the others, the color is perfect and the little drawings are fun. My daughters have loved them for several years now.
