Nefarious service, they have taken more than two weeks to send me the labels, obviously I received them when my son's campus had already finished. I will never order from this site again. They should give the option to choose the type of transport and the time to receive it.

Ordered on June 18 for the teacher's end-of-year present. The order was shipped on June 25, it's now July 5 and I still haven't received my package. Tomorrow morning, my son will leave for school without his present for his teacher...... If the post office isn't reliable, we need to find other, more efficient means of delivery!

They stick really badly

Order placed a month ago and still not arrived. After my reminder I am told that there are postal problems but still it has been put back into processing, leaving me with the doubt that postal delivery problems are an excuse. To date still nothing.

Nullissime !!!! 1st order on 09/06/21. A priori shipped but never received!!! 2 calls to customer service, they don't care about my request and just ask me to wait until 28/06. Of course the payment was debited to him !!!! No follow-up or pro activity, it's up to me to call back on 28/06 to say that my order still hasn't been received !!!!! I called back for the 3rd time on 28/06 to have my order sent back to me. Very disappointed I would not recommend

Very bad. I ordered two packs of labels on the 9th and to this day I am still waiting for them and nobody gives me any solution. Shameful. I feel ripped off.

I have placed several orders. I am very satisfied with the 1st, but the last order never arrived.

The labels don't even stand up to the first wash!

I have ordered a lot of stickers and have needed almost none. Lately I've had to stick a lot and realized that 1. the stickers would rather stick in my washing machine than on things and 2. the labels aren't punched through and I have to cut them out some or tear the paper to get a sticker off the sheet. That drives me crazy. I think that for 14 euros for labels, self-adhesive labels, these defects should not occur. Especially as the product has been on the market for a long time.

I have followed all the steps and the thermoadhesive stickers have not lasted a day when washed and not washed.

All the hotmelt stickers that I ironed have fallen off as soon as I washed the garments, this has never happened to me before and I have been using hotmelt labels for 5 years of different brands and this has been the worst one.

Very small font. Labels are unusable because you can't choose the font size. Poor rendering. Customer service is non-existent. I simply got screwed. I am very disappointed and angry at the way I have been treated.

The self-adhesive labels for clothes are washed out at 30 degrees.
