I have ordered a lot of stickers and have needed almost none. Lately I've had to stick a lot and realized that 1. the stickers would rather stick in my washing machine than on things and 2. the labels aren't punched through and I have to cut them out some or tear the paper to get a sticker off the sheet. That drives me crazy. I think that for 14 euros for labels, self-adhesive labels, these defects should not occur. Especially as the product has been on the market for a long time.

All the hotmelt stickers that I ironed have fallen off as soon as I washed the garments, this has never happened to me before and I have been using hotmelt labels for 5 years of different brands and this has been the worst one.

Very small font. Labels are unusable because you can't choose the font size. Poor rendering. Customer service is non-existent. I simply got screwed. I am very disappointed and angry at the way I have been treated.

Unfortunately, I am not yet able to write a review because 18 days after ordering I have not yet received the product. I purchased from italy but it did not say on the website that outside France the delivery time was several days longer. Only after making the payment in the confirmation email was I warned that the time could be up to 10 working days. It has now been 18 and I have still not received anything. This is the 3rd stopper I've ordered for the gourd. The first one broke after a fall of one meter. This seems normal to me. The second broke after the gourd fell from the height of the table. This seemed less normal to me. So I recommended several to make sure I had a stopper in case of breakage. It's a pity they're so fragile, especially when they're children's bottles! No breakages so far, but the cap is so difficult to open and close (out of the 3 ordered) that my daughter can't open it by herself and I have trouble closing it myself. My verdict is mixed, since the bottle is pretty but not practical to use because of these caps.

I'm very disappointed to find that these labels don't hold at all: I find them on the floor before the clothes have even been washed (so what can I say after washing), and those that aren't on the floor are already half detached from the garment... I was thinking of recommending some, as the 50 labels are quickly gone (especially when re-labeling the same garments), but I'm going to look for better ones, as at this rate, I'll always have to start over. It's a pity because they're very pretty and I was very satisfied with the production and delivery times.

I have bought stick on shoe and clothes labels from Petit Fernand on several occasions and always been very happy with them. This time however the stickers are extremely hard to lift from the backing paper without ruining them/losing the sticky backing. I guess they must have changed printers - very disappointing after they were so good previously.
