Customer service that responds hiccupingly with an email every 3 days and still has not, despite photos sent, compensated for the damage. Well, in my case I placed the order on 3/09/2021, they send me an e-mail on the 7th that my order is on its way and today the 15th I am still waiting. I send an e-mail to complain and they answer me in French, I say that if they receive a complaint in Spanish the answer has to be in Spanish. No information on delivery time, despite the fact that it is written on the site that certain types of orders (over 70 or containing items such as water bottle, etc.) are retraceable, I wrote to customer service and immediately got a preset response that obviously doesn't help. If I had the option of paying a little more for reliable shipping (express courier with guaranteed, retraceable delivery) the problem would not be there.
