Notice that I would receive the one ordered "in September" but still no sign. Nice thought sending replacement piece to buffer but now a month later I would like to receive the one ordered. 3) in ordering replacement parts for the snack holder purchased last year color no longer available, I had to buy two of a different color so they wouldn't be too conspicuous 4) both water bottle and snack holder broken on first fall, being accessories for a 5 year old should have different strength
