The labels are beautiful but have come off after the first wash! I followed all of the instructions carefully and both the iron on and stick on labels have either started to peel or come off and attach to other clothes in the wash! Very disappointed.

Very unhappy, after washing the clothes for the first time they all came off, even after following the care instructions. On contacting customer service, I was told nothing they can do because I ordered in June! The kids have only just gone back to school!!! Very expensive and completely useless. I DO NOT recommend this company

They ship without giving tracking number, after 10 days I have not received the goods, which however on their site shows delivered.... I wrote three times to customer service and no one responds. Very bad, they stole 10 euros from me.

Very disappointed with the service. We placed an order on August 30, it has not arrived yet, we have not heard anything back. We paid 9.50 shipping costs, we have sent mail to request an explanation and have not heard back yet. Last year the same thing happened to us and they told us that it was a one time thing and that they were sorry but we will definitely not buy anything else here.

The labels are quite good and nice (purchased before) but the shipping method should be reviewed and the delivery time should be well specified. This is bordering on a scam. You can't advertise "manufacture within 48 hours" (and a tiny asterisk refer back to who knows what information) and then once the order is sliced wash your hands by writing that delivery times are not guaranteed and not up to them. I find the message per sale misleading and deceptive. Eventually for school I will have to buy labels and handwrite the child's name. Very bad. Next time I will buy on other channels that protect the consumer more. Ps. The invoice on the other hand arrives on time ... the labels I am still waiting for them ...

I absolutely love my personalised stick on labels they were perfect for my son starting school this week I wrote his full name and picked the animal which was the name of his class he is in. The labels are of great quality, great value, brilliant design and they truly last after washing the uniform as I have tested this theory. They are easy to use and put on items of clothing including shoes. They come with instructions and mine even had bonus stickers for my children to use and be creative with.

I made an order for the first time, I paid the express shipping which is almost ten euros because I urgently needed the labels, and they took more than a week to deliver it to me, I feel cheated, because if I paid the express shipping, it was theirs to deliver them soon, if not, I would not have paid, I complained and the petit-Fernando, they tell me that they sent it and they expect it to arrive soon, but they do not put any solution to what I have told them, freaking out with them, I will not buy here again, I do not recommend it.

Ordered 5 days ago (#4001249556) and haven't received any shipment notification even though website says made within 48h. The status online still shows processing! Definitely don't believe the "delivery within 2 to 6 working days" note on their website. After seeing the reviews here and other's experiences, I really regret ordering with them. I doubt I'll ever receive anything like many people on here. I emailed them yesterday but they haven't responded yet, it's a 72hr lead time to respond and no other way to contact them. The company seems great at marketing and design but awful at operations. Update: it's been shipped now after 5 days, will see when it actually arrives...
