I ordered and paid for some personalised labels. After 4 weeks they have still not arrived. I have emailed them 3 times and messaged them through the website and they have not replied, I have just been ignored. They do not have a working phone number.

Many friends had told me good things about this site but for me unfortunately it was not the same.... The labels never arrived at their destination, after several reminders telling me that they would arrive and that they could not track the shipment, after about 2 weeks out of the blue they tell me that the package went missingo..... I was extremely urgent about it and found myself without my materials obviously all refunded but I had ordered well in advance. Sorry!!!

Ordered at the end of August, it was supposed to be delivered on August 26, perfect! Except that they forgot my house number so the parcel was sent back to sender. I wrote to them to find out how things were going and then you had to pay 720 via PayPal to have the parcel sent back to you (whereas on the initial order it was 6delivery) so I didn't want to lose the 66 I'd already paid so I returned 720 and I'm still waiting for the parcel.

Good evening, I placed an order (N°3000978945) on August 29, it turns out shipped the next day but still no news. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient until September 15 ( school already started). I am very sorry about this inconvenience because this is the fourth year I have been buying from them so far there have been no problems, shipments have arrived after po ho days. Last year a label was found to be defective and within 3 days they sent me the new reprinted corrected ones. Hopefully everything arrives on time I would hate to change suppliers.

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

These are terrible. Didn't even survive one day at school, let alone through the wash. They are too long for most clothing labels, which is where the manufacturer instructs the user to adhere them for best effect. There are better products than this on the market.
