I never received the order
I placed an order in September with transfer payment and it NEVER arrived!!!
The labels do not wash off disappointed even if the price remains attractive nothing beats sewn labels

The labels are nice and the shipment was fast. However, half of the glued labels came off in the first wash.
My first order was exchanged for another, I had to pay extra to receive the package after 10 days (having paid for a delivery enters 4gg) and the contents were not even mine. I was assured of re-sending my order but after another 15 days the package had not even left. I cancelled everything and asked for a refund.
I ordered on September 12, the package never arrived. Meanwhile, I paid--what more can I say????
New customer (following a friend's recommendation): 1st order: well received and compliant, but payment by credit card debited twice, and customer service wants nothing to do with it, despite the supporting documents provided!

Order never received. I was disgusted. I did get my money back and customer service was very responsive.
Order issued on August 15, September 15 I had still received nothing and on the site no information on this order, no tracking. On September 17 I requested a refund for this order. I was reimbursed without explanation. I'm disappointed, it's the first time cmonetiquette has done this. Too bad!

They confirmed me that there was no product that I had bought a few weeks later, three weeks later I modified the option and they sent it to me wrong, the solution was that they sent me some stickers to replace the ones that came with the tupper bought and my surprise was that they did not send them to my home but to the collection point, now they have returned it to the post office and I am waiting for them to have the decency to send them to my home.
Very disappointed with the water bottle, after a month of use at the kindergarten, the bottle is already all dented, the unicorn design is half gone as well as my daughter's first name. For the price, I thought I'd get better quality.

Unfortunately, I received 2 envelopes of labels from 2 different children, neither of which matched the name I ordered. At least the refund was prompt
I placed my order on August 17 and it is just today October 7 when I receive it by post. Other years they sent to the Canary Islands without problem and it was a normal shipment without problems. This year they only allowed point of collection. The surprise is that after a while I find out that it has been returned due to delivery problems at the pick up point without giving me notice. I live right next to that store. I complained and they sent it to my home but it took a long time. Unfortunately you do not offer a good shipping service at this time and I will not repeat my experience with you. My labels arrived a month after the start of school and there is much more choice on the market.

The personalized gourd is of very poor quality, the paint peels off after a few days, the first name fades along with the cute little motifs, and now the cap has just broken. All marketing, no quality. Very disappointing
