The labels are pretty, but those meant to withstand washing came off after the first wash at 30 degrees. Disappointed.

Longer than announced

Everything was ok, but too expensive for further orders.

The labels are badly cut. A real pain to detach from their backing.

Is all a great product and arrived in good time bit this batch of stickers is very difficult to remove from the pages so they end up coming off with damaged or wrinkled edges which makes it harder to stick them to the garments long term. This is my 4th or so order from this company over the last few years and the first time this has happened so I’m hoping this is just a one off fault with my order.

I ordered clothing labels. As soon as the garment is washed, they peel off and stick everywhere and anywhere. Not resistant to washing.

The quality is not bad, but they took a long time to send them, they sent it to me and the transport company lost it, and even though I told them, they didn't pay attention to me until a week later.

Too difficult to remove the label from the backing

Delay problems, but I received my order as I wished. I'll have to wait and see how long the labels last.

The order was fine, as usual, but the delivery was bad. It no longer arrives directly to my mailbox, I have to go to a collection point and the envelope arrived very dirty and damaged and they could not deliver it to me. It took me a week to be able to pick it up....

Good products. Despite a chaotic order delivery, the experience remains positive thanks to an available after-sales team that acted very quickly.

Hard-to-peel labels

The quality is okay, but it differs from the online preview, so I'm not satisfied.

Nice design, but too small in my opinion. Not convinced by the fact that you only have to stick them on the labels, fortunately they also stick directly on the clothes.

Delivery a little long

The labels are beautiful and have arrived! On the other hand, I'm a bit disappointed with the rendering, as several of them peeled off after just one wash.

Labels don't fit

Nice labels, but very small, contrary to the appearance on the presentation paper.

I'm used to buying these labels, and I've never had a problem, but it's the last time I ordered labels that I've lost at least half of my order.

I simply order fabric labels to sew on and receive paper labels to glue on.

The design starts to crumble after 3 weeks of use. And this despite hand-washing only.

The labels are very pretty! But the parcel was damaged and so were some of the labels.

The labels are practical because they can be ironed on, but after 3 washes they come off...

I ordered a water bottle in October and I am very disappointed with this product which leaks, every day I find my daughter's bag soaked. Really disappointed considering the price of the bottle, I don't recommend it.

Beautiful graphically and in size but many do not come off. It is necessary to cut them out by hand

Delivery to a point relais 40km from my home instead of the point relais located a few kms from my home because the parcel was incorrectly labelled (according to chronopost).

Some self-adhesive labels for clothing have peeled off

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered adhesive labels... each time I've noticed more and more that the labels are becoming increasingly difficult to remove. I have quite a lot to do with it. Otherwise, they are very lovingly designed and you can choose totally beautiful motifs and colors.

My order was incomplete. I never heard back from the after-sales service. But the labels I received are great!

Sono 3 anni che acquisto queste etichette e ho notato una diminuzione della colla per restare attaccate, soprattutto nelle etichette da stirare. Ora con 2 lavaggi a 40° si staccano completamente e sinceramente sono rimasta un po' delusa, infatti le ultime che ho comprato sono solo adesive da mettere sulle etichette, mi sembra che quelle per ora tengano. Per il resto mi piacciono e le trovo pratiche

Labels that wash off

Some of the labels were missing from the order. I contacted customer service and was told to send photo evidence. It's very difficult to take photos of something that is missing... I ended up having to take photos of every page to show that the labels were not there. I then had to do this again as they couldn't find the photos I had previously sent. They agreed to a refund but didn't refund the correct amount. I contacted them about this but they then asked me to send more photos of the missing labels. In the end I gave up, as it was taking too much time. The labels that we did receive were good quality, but this company has shocking customer service. I would definitely avoid them in the future! They also sent us some Christmas stickers as a gift. Which is completely pointless as it's January! I'd rather have received the labels which I paid for. Please don't reply and say 'please contact us to resolve this'. As I've tried to resolve this with your team on a number of occasions but had no luck.

Creating the name labels is easy and leaves plenty of room for creativity. They were dispatched within a few days. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the labels themselves. They look great, but are very difficult to remove. If you have to label a large quantity, it's quite tedious and unnecessarily time-consuming. I have often ordered labels from here before and have always been very satisfied, and have recommended them to everyone. It would be nice if the manufacturer could return to the old quality ?

It's not easy to remove the sticker from the sticker sheet. Each time, a piece of plastic came with it. This now leaves an irregular piece of sticker. So far, the stickers are sticking well.

A few labels came off in the wash. A pity, because it's really very practical.

I am leaving a very mixed review. I Have used the Company many times to order both the iron-on clothing labels and stick-on shoe labels. Although delivery has been on slow side I have always been very happy with product quality. However, I placed an order approx 3 weeks ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I had a text from a lady in Manchester 10 days ago saying that she had been sent my order with (of course) my childrens name visible and my phone number (surely a GDPR breach?). When I called Petit Fernand to ask what was going on (about 7 days ago) they seemed to know about the problem already. They apologised and offered to repost my labels (which have still not arrived) and they did also offer me a discount code for the future. This morning I received an envelope from Petit Fernand.... containing someone elses labels!!! The Company currently seem to be experiencing a multiple shipping failure and breach of GDPR. And if so, why did they not contact me upon realising the problem

In the first wash in the washing machine (cold water and normal program) the labels have gone on several garments of different fabrics. I followed the instructions, but they did not give me a good result. I don't give them one star because they are nice and arrived well but the quality of the glue is not what I expected.
