I never received my order. They don't answer to my emails (only automated response in French) I called the customer service phone in Madrid, but I get a voice mail in Italian. It's a disgrace. Right now I only want my money back, but there's no way to contact them. Avoid them as much as possible.

Some of the labels I ordered were very difficult to peel off the backing. As a result, several were ruined. I'm disappointed by the quality. What's more, I was supposed to receive the labels within 48 hours, but that wasn't the case at all.
