I find the idea and the product very nice. Too bad I didn't select the ones I wanted (the thermoadhesive labels) but the ones I didn't need (the adhesive labels) and thus didn't fulfill my request. Mea culpa. Very interesting service though. Erika

I love the stickers and the quality as they last a long time. On this occasion, one model did not come out completely clear.

Very happy with my labels, but delivery took a long time!

I'm very happy with the object labels, they hold up well and are dishwasher-proof. However, the iron-on labels don't hold up at all. Despite following the instructions to the letter, after washing and drying in the tumble dryer, they peel off.

My order of 135 euros included some omissions, hence my note Otherwise the products are great Thank you and following this concern the after-sales service excellent.

Beautiful labels and a wide choice of personalization options. However, I was very disappointed by the way the labels held on the clothes (choice of self-adhesive labels). We stuck the labels on a week ago and have just washed the clothes and unfortunately 1 out of 3 didn't stick. Too bad we'll be going back to another supplier with whom we haven't had this problem. We had chosen cmonetiquette for its wide choice of personalization ... In reply to yours: thank you, we're not idiots! As mentioned in my review above, we had used another supplier for our 4 year old son (knowing that he had been in daycare since he was 3 months old, we renewed our order with them twice), so we know all about sticking labels on the manufacturer or maintenance label! Despite the very nice design of your labels and the speed of your shipment, we won't be calling on your services again, because the price (almost identical to competitors) just doesn't add up.

For the labels I am very satisfied but if you order few pieces the delivery time is long or even they have to reprint the labels because they didn't send them to you

I've been buying isothermal water bottles for 2 years now, and they're of good quality, apart from the flap that comes off too quickly and easily.

Good morning, I have been buying labels from you for years and have always had a great time. But I was disappointed that although I showed you that the last labels I bought (40) were defective, I was only refunded 20 which I am waiting to receive. Thank you

Hello, I had an air bubble on the gourd and a snag at the bottom.

The Coucou chaussures labels are perfect, faithful to the image, as is the crèche pack purchased previously. The isothermal gourd is beautiful and functional, but it's a shame there's a "poc" when you open it, even though it's brand new.

No problem with the labels, but the bento box is poorly finished (sticker stuck on crookedly, won't last long).

Often comes unstuck in the wash

There is less resistance to ironing than before since the presentation has changed. I don't know if this has an impact on it but I can see the difference.

The self-adhesive labels are fine, but the iron-on ones don't hold up to ironing at all, even though I followed the instructions. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, after a few months of use, a handle on the lunch box broke off. Customer service knows about it, but unfortunately I haven't received any feedback on how to proceed.

I'm disappointed with your products, despite the positive feedback I've received. I ordered a lunch box: the sticker with the design is of poor quality, I actually thought it was a protective film and almost took it off! After 10 days of use, one of the fasteners broke! Not worth the 26 I paid!

Great service, exvellent presentation pack, the labels really looked good but they came off after being ironed on! Very disappointing.

Order has not arrived

The name tags arrived in a lovely little booklet. I had ordered two sets - different names for two separate families and they arrived in the one booklet! The little present will have to be separated and only one set of instructions and paper for ironing will have to be split! A little disappointed.

Very disappointed because having followed the instructions to the letter, on the 1st wash, the label half came off.

Very pretty labels, it's a shame they don't hold up after spending 1 hour ironing them all with the paper, nothing holds up, many fell off during the first wash and tumble dry and others even before washing, so I'm very disappointed?

I've been ordering labels from you for three years, and they're always perfect. This time, in each plate, the first line has small white lines on the labels (I imagine it's the printer), it's a shame...

I was very satisfied with my first order, so I ordered a second time - unfortunately the quality is much worse than last time. The writing is slightly blurred and the color is also not like the first time. What a pity!

What a shame! I received the labels on time and as requested. Disappointingly, after washing at 40 degrees, the labels are already starting to peel off?

The products are nice but small flaw for the shipping!!! It's a little long and then they delivered a package without my name, which is why the doorman had to open it to see whose it was... luckily my son's name was on it otherwise who knows what would have happened!!!

The label does not hold on some materials, such as the isothermal bottle, the lunch box so a little disappointed.
