Very slow shipping. In this day and age it is unacceptable for an order to take 14 days to be delivered. They should use a fast courier service and not La Poste.

Fantastic products can't fault them

I ordered two packs of stickers with different names and inside the April one there was a page with Chloe's name and upside down, they were for two gifts and it didn't look very good because I had to cut the confusion.

Second order and disappointment. I ordered labels for small objects for my daughters and myself. I haven't used the kids' ones yet, but mine have a flaw. Firstly, they're not pre-cut properly and the clear plastic around them comes with them, and secondly, they stick very hard. I hope the back-to-school ones for the girls will fit but I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the iron-on labels, I thought I would receive the shoe and object labels. A lot of everything.

The labels I purchased are wonderful. Too bad the delivery took 10 business days (the maximum expected time). It would be better to provide a faster alternative

It's been several times that I order Beautiful products but already last year the delivery was a calamity 2 months to be delivered lan passed. whereas the parcel is dispatched since a moment I think that this time also I would not receive before September... pity

(Second order)The color contrast in real life is much lower than expected. As a result, the label is illegible. What a shame! My first order was great though!

I bought the sandwich box for my daughter. The locks have already broken twice and the ice cube freezes the sandwiches. So we don't put it in the box, it loses all interest.

Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to its promise. After the first wash, the sticker was already in the washing drum. The sweater was just washed at 30 degrees. ..

I washed the kits, as I always do when I buy textiles, and the colors have largely faded. I'm disappointed with the inks on the kits. On the other hand, the labels are just what I'd hoped for.

I have had a hard time peeling the labels off the plastic they come with. They do not adhere well to the clothes after the first wash they came off, I ironed them again and the whole label is still coming off as a strip.

I have not received the order. But this is the third order I have placed with them and so far very happy. I hope they arrive as soon as possible.

Excellent peoducts, both as quality and beauty (labels and thermal water bottle). However, I have updated my review as using the water bottle independently by a 3 year old is impossible. I wanted to let him use it at school, but it is really difficult to open, plus x to let the water out you have to turn the spout with your fingers, which means that such a small child will touch it with his hands (not always freshly washed), so it is unhygienic.

This is already my 2nd order, the first one went smoothly. However, I am now having difficulties with the 2nd order (a lunch box). It has not yet arrived. I informed customer service and got the answer that I should contact Deutsche Post. In my opinion, this should be the job of customer service.

Very nice labels. Fast delivery. However, after the first wash, many of the labels partially or totally peeled off! Very disappointed...

For iron-on labels, they don't stick and I haven't washed the clothes yet!

I ordered on June 12 and as of today, June 29, I still don't have my order. And I need it in 2 days for the start of camp ... I find the delay very long

When I wanted to create an account ... password too long, too complicated ... soon worse than a bank! My password was never correct, and reentering it erased all my registered details (2 times). Tired of your poorly constructed sites, I abandoned my order and will look elsewhere. Sorry, I need labels every year.

I made several purchases, I was always satisfied but not on my last order, the notebook was stapled in any way, it was for a gift of birth, it does not. In short ...... instead of offering to send me 2 covers to redo it myself you could have sent me back a complete booklet, you should have checked that before sending it to me, I'm not responsible for your mistake. This was my second order (clothing stickers & personalized picnic box). The picnic box is super practical (although I haven't tried the coldpack yet). But the label on it had air bubbles - it didn't stick well. The clothes stickers weren't cut properly and when I took one of them a little extra bit of plastic came off too. I was very happy with my first order (pack for kindergarten), even if I'm not entirely convinced of the iron-on labels (they hold well but the finish after ironing is not so pretty in my opinion).

Nickel parcel but I wasn't told it had been delivered, and I found my parcel by chance, thrown behind my garden fence even though it was 1 product that breaks. And if it had rained, it would have been in a terrible state...

I find the idea and the product very nice. Too bad I didn't select the ones I wanted (the thermoadhesive labels) but the ones I didn't need (the adhesive labels) and thus didn't fulfill my request. Mea culpa. Very interesting service though. Erika

I love the stickers and the quality as they last a long time. On this occasion, one model did not come out completely clear.

Very happy with my labels, but delivery took a long time!

I'm very happy with the object labels, they hold up well and are dishwasher-proof. However, the iron-on labels don't hold up at all. Despite following the instructions to the letter, after washing and drying in the tumble dryer, they peel off.

My order of 135 euros included some omissions, hence my note Otherwise the products are great Thank you and following this concern the after-sales service excellent.

Beautiful labels and a wide choice of personalization options. However, I was very disappointed by the way the labels held on the clothes (choice of self-adhesive labels). We stuck the labels on a week ago and have just washed the clothes and unfortunately 1 out of 3 didn't stick. Too bad we'll be going back to another supplier with whom we haven't had this problem. We had chosen cmonetiquette for its wide choice of personalization ... In reply to yours: thank you, we're not idiots! As mentioned in my review above, we had used another supplier for our 4 year old son (knowing that he had been in daycare since he was 3 months old, we renewed our order with them twice), so we know all about sticking labels on the manufacturer or maintenance label! Despite the very nice design of your labels and the speed of your shipment, we won't be calling on your services again, because the price (almost identical to competitors) just doesn't add up.

For the labels I am very satisfied but if you order few pieces the delivery time is long or even they have to reprint the labels because they didn't send them to you

I've been buying isothermal water bottles for 2 years now, and they're of good quality, apart from the flap that comes off too quickly and easily.

Hello, I had an air bubble on the gourd and a snag at the bottom.

The Coucou chaussures labels are perfect, faithful to the image, as is the crèche pack purchased previously. The isothermal gourd is beautiful and functional, but it's a shame there's a "poc" when you open it, even though it's brand new.
