Still haven't received my order and no news from after sales service!!!! Very disappointed

Hello, This is the 2nd time I have ordered. The first one went well. This year, I didn't receive my order, I reported it and an automatic e-mail prompted me to check my mailbox. As an experienced user, you get the feeling you're being taken for a fool, and that's unpleasant. It's a shame, because the concept of the pack and the quality of the labels are top-notch!

Hello I have made a purchase more than 20 days ago and I still have not received my order, I have tried to contact them by different means and there is no way. They are scammers.

My labels arrived in 1 week in Reunion. I took the kindergarten kit and it's perfect. I've already put the iron-on labels through the washing machine and washed the object labels in water, and they haven't budged.

Stickers have come, easy online ordering system. I havnt put them on uniform yet so I cant comment if they stay on but quality looks great.

They are very pretty but I am not happy with the result. The label is big and the font chosen is very small. They should warn that it is going to be almost illegible, it seems that just change the font but not the size. In the sample it didn't look so small. I don't think I will be able to use them, too bad.
