I purchased the thermoadhesive labels, they are easy to attach, cute and very useful. Also, you are spoiled for choice in color and theme.

The product is good, the website is easy to use. The shipping for me took quite a long time, about 2 weeks.

This is the second time I have ordered the stickers for my daughter. It does what it promises. Even after washing in the washing machine or in the dishwasher (depending on the product), nothing has torn or slipped. Even after very long use. I would recommend it 100%. Recommended for every child. It also looks super nice, better than the conventional white stickers. The children are worth that much?

The products are good and for that reason I have been buying your labels for about 7 years now. BUT the shipping is soooo slow, it always takes much longer than promised. You should look for another way of shipping, because looking at the complaints on the web, many people say the same thing.

The package never arrived I tried to contact you several times to no avail what should I tell you?

It's the 3rd time I've ordered the Petit-Fernand labels for my daughter. They are very good quality and it's a great range of products and background animation to choose from. They last thought washing and tumble drying and overall it's worth the money

Ordered on 06.09.22 and after 20 days it was finally delivered successfully. As a gesture of goodwill, it was printed a second time and delivered again.

Very good company! Lovely personalised stickers, so easy to use!! Normally get them quite quick, the last time I was waiting longer than usual and thought i wont get them so messaged the company. They very kindly offered me refund or send the stickers again but the same day the stickers arrived. Great customers service !!

The website is easy to use and has many options. The only thing was the delivery time, in my case, a shipment of 80 stickers took more than 15 days.

Good product, but shipping takes a long time and they don't make it clear when you order.
