So far so bad, after a month of ordering I still have not received it.

Unfortunately not as accommodating as I thought. The writing is barely legible on the labels, white on pastel shades is not recommended and the blame lies with the customer.

I did not receive back what I ordered

Order placed on May 3 and sent on May 5 but still nothing received. Long delay to restart an order and declare it "lost".

Iron-on labels don't stick at all. On T-shirts, you just have to pull the fabric a little and they come off. On pants, they don't stick at all.

Labels that don't stick at all !!!! (Despite having followed the instructions carefully) I will never recommend this site again!

Labels too big

I still haven't received my order n 1001373951 which I placed on 25/04.

Order still not received... Very long lead time (2 weeks I'm waiting)

Notebook arrived in very poor condition, envelope open, pages torn out and staples no longer holding, the notebook is falling apart. For an order of 50! To compensate, I was offered 15% on my next order, which I refused. I'm still waiting for customer service to get back to me to offer compensation... It's a pity, because the labels are top quality.

I have not received my parcel.

Not happy. The Y in AYDEN is very badly printed, so it looks like a V.... And this is due to a lack of printing ink...

Hello For the second time, the labels do not hold, they come off at the first wash. On the other hand, I have no problem with the first ones I ordered.

Very disappointed all the labels came off

Order not received. Responsive after-sales service sent a new order hoping to receive it.

I still haven't received my parcel, I think it's gone into oblivion, despite the customer service (automatic reply) which again told me it would arrive early last week... Still no news...

The gourds are very pretty but heavy, for my part plug broken in 2 days and replaced by CME at the slightest impact the layer of paint crumbles is really not worth the price. I'll have to buy new bottles, but it won't be from CME...

Labels do not stick despite following instructions to the letter

Good evening, I'm a little disappointed with the stickers for clothes, they come off after washing.

I only received 1/4 of my order. And no information on the shipment of the rest.

I chose to buy these labels as a teacher friend of mine recommended them enormously. I found after one wash and tumble the stickers came off the clothes and stuck to the inside of my washing machine. Massively disappointed as they were pricey but I convinced my husband they were worth it as would stay on the clothes.

For the first time, I'm disappointed with the gourd. Intended for a 2.5 year old, even I have trouble opening it and sometimes can't close the stopper. Of course it's leak-proof, but is there a problem or is it normal for it to be so hard to close?

I still haven't received my order

The idea is superb. Our children got their water bottles 2 months ago. The caps were impossible to close. Called customer service twice and got new caps, but one was still impossible to close (by an adult, so the kids ... ). And now all the enamel at the bottom of the 2 bottles is coming off. We're very disappointed with the quality of the bottles, which we thought we'd keep for several years, but it'll only be a few months. The value for money is not good enough for us, quite the contrary. And the children are very disappointed because they can't use them as they like.

The order has not arrived!

The designs are cute but the stick on label option fell off after only 1 wash. I sent a complaint email and got a reply saying that they were delighted I received my order and that I should leave a review which I found odd. So here I am, leaving a negative one. It's a shame because they weren't cheap and was excited when I got them.

All the labels come off in the washes...cute design but I was disappointed by the fact of sticking on the labels.

After the first wash at 60 degrees, the labels came off, so I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

I put 3 stickers on the labels of 3 T-shirts. I followed the instructions exactly. I washed them 3 days later at 40'C and all 3 stickers fell off. For the price this is very disappointing
