The film for ironing on the labels is missing. It can be replaced by cuissson paper, of course, but I don't think that's a very professional oversight. As for the quality of the labels (washing and maintenance), I can't say. I haven't tested them yet!

The labels are very pretty, but once they are put on the clothes, and after a first wash, they all fall off!

I placed an order and after more than 15 days it did not arrive, if I do not write they do not realize that the order was lost. To collect the order is done the same day but to send it... I am still waiting for the order to arrive since the beginning of May.

Order received fairly quickly in Belgium. But two big notebooks in a thin envelope. The envelope was open in my mailbox.

After 5 uses, one fastener is already broken....

Very nice product, but the iron-on labels come off in the 1st wash, too bad they were very nice.

At the end of the second wash: no more labels.... though they are stuck on scrupulously according to the instructions given.

This was my 2nd order, the first having been very good. This one... much less so. 3/4 of the iron-on labels peel off, either by themselves or with the machine. What a disappointment!

Order placed and processed on May 14th. Still no parcel in sight on June 5th. I made a 2nd complaint. My label offered to re-ship a reprint at its expense. I'm waiting to receive the parcel.

I asked 2 times for white labels to cover my tags when I sell my daughter's clothes. I still haven't received anything despite your positive replies...

I often buy labels from this site, and I love them. But this time, the quality really wasn't there. The labels split in two, and were gone as soon as I put them in the washing machine. I hope it's just temporary.

The labels are too small and I'm disappointed. I wouldn't recommend and it's expensive

I have nothing to say about the quality or the delivery but I was very disappointed because I thought that if I recommended an old order I would get the logo (a button) but no! No logo button...too bad I would have liked to know.

Hello, the labels are very good but it took 15 days to receive them. My mother was going into an Ehpad and needed them within 8 days. Complicated for the Ehpad and for us who are 1 hour away. But fortunately the Ehpad was kind enough to stick them in our place exceptionally. I know it was the post office that slowed down the shipment, but you should warn people who take orders.

Clothing labels are very nice, but unfortunately some of them come off again even if the instructions for use are followed carefully.

The labels come from France, which is why shipping takes quite a long time. (You should take this into account when ordering) They are delivered in a pretty little folder so that you have them all together nicely. Unfortunately, the print quality of the adhesive labels is not particularly nice and less contrasty than in the pictures. The motifs are not really clearly recognizable. I was really disappointed here and considered whether I would use them at all. The iron-on labels are really nice and printed much sharper. (for whatever reason)

Usually very happy with the order, I was quite disappointed to receive the damaged cookbook... The envelope was closed over the book, tearing off the top of the 4th cover... I wanted to give it as a gift, but I don't even dare give it as a present...

Either I or the company ordered the wrong thing. There is no way to prove it. No goodwill and long delivery times. The company is not based in Germany, which was not apparent to me beforehand. Communication was anything but nice. The bottom line: I have things here that I can't use. Money is gone. Therefore, not my store

2nd purchase at home. And it's hard to peel the self-adhesive labels off the backing.

The order did not arrive , and after 15 days I wrote to you and yes. They sent me a new one.

We made several orders, and on the last one we were disappointed. There's a little plastic film which makes it tricky to remove the labels.
