Great service, exvellent presentation pack, the labels really looked good but they came off after being ironed on! Very disappointing.

Order has not arrived

The name tags arrived in a lovely little booklet. I had ordered two sets - different names for two separate families and they arrived in the one booklet! The little present will have to be separated and only one set of instructions and paper for ironing will have to be split! A little disappointed.

I dont have any update about my order! Dont have tracking number!

Very disappointed because having followed the instructions to the letter, on the 1st wash, the label half came off.

Very pretty labels, it's a shame they don't hold up after spending 1 hour ironing them all with the paper, nothing holds up, many fell off during the first wash and tumble dry and others even before washing, so I'm very disappointed?

I've been ordering labels from you for three years, and they're always perfect. This time, in each plate, the first line has small white lines on the labels (I imagine it's the printer), it's a shame...

I was very satisfied with my first order, so I ordered a second time - unfortunately the quality is much worse than last time. The writing is slightly blurred and the color is also not like the first time. What a pity!

What a shame! I received the labels on time and as requested. Disappointingly, after washing at 40 degrees, the labels are already starting to peel off?

The products are nice but small flaw for the shipping!!! It's a little long and then they delivered a package without my name, which is why the doorman had to open it to see whose it was... luckily my son's name was on it otherwise who knows what would have happened!!!

The label does not hold on some materials, such as the isothermal bottle, the lunch box so a little disappointed.

Thermal stickers don't stick as well as they used to...

The film for ironing on the labels is missing. It can be replaced by cuissson paper, of course, but I don't think that's a very professional oversight. As for the quality of the labels (washing and maintenance), I can't say. I haven't tested them yet!

The labels are very pretty, but once they are put on the clothes, and after a first wash, they all fall off!

I placed an order and after more than 15 days it did not arrive, if I do not write they do not realize that the order was lost. To collect the order is done the same day but to send it... I am still waiting for the order to arrive since the beginning of May.

Order received fairly quickly in Belgium. But two big notebooks in a thin envelope. The envelope was open in my mailbox.

After 5 uses, one fastener is already broken....

Very nice product, but the iron-on labels come off in the 1st wash, too bad they were very nice.

At the end of the second wash: no more labels.... though they are stuck on scrupulously according to the instructions given.

This was my 2nd order, the first having been very good. This one... much less so. 3/4 of the iron-on labels peel off, either by themselves or with the machine. What a disappointment!

Order placed and processed on May 14th. Still no parcel in sight on June 5th. I made a 2nd complaint. My label offered to re-ship a reprint at its expense. I'm waiting to receive the parcel.

I asked 2 times for white labels to cover my tags when I sell my daughter's clothes. I still haven't received anything despite your positive replies...

I often buy labels from this site, and I love them. But this time, the quality really wasn't there. The labels split in two, and were gone as soon as I put them in the washing machine. I hope it's just temporary.

The labels are too small and I'm disappointed. I wouldn't recommend and it's expensive

I have nothing to say about the quality or the delivery but I was very disappointed because I thought that if I recommended an old order I would get the logo (a button) but no! No logo button...too bad I would have liked to know.
