Ordered for the third time, this time only selected sets, the first two times complete sets. Always very satisfied, delivery was fast and the ordering process was straightforward.
Order placed easily, but since then, no news! I haven't received the order, nor any delivery notice, and customer service gives a generic message without specifying whether the order is traceable, what recourse they have, what they could do, or where our parcel is.... even though it was ordered by recorded delivery. I strongly advise against this.
