After 3 weeks the order still hasn't arrived and I haven't heard anything about it. Very difficult to communicate with you.

I never received my parcel! I sent an e-mail and never got a reply. I had already ordered from this site, but never again!

Order placed on March 22 and to date April 12 still nothing received! I contacted customer service 2 times by e-mail and they told me that I hadn't paid on time and that my order had been cancelled, even though my Visa card had been debited on March 22! After checking, they told me that the order had supposedly left on March 23 and that it wasn't their fault that the post office hadn't delivered on time! It's easy to put the blame on others! First and last order and your advertising won't be done, that's for sure!

Despite the iron's very hot temperature, it doesn't stick.

I have not received my order yet. This time it is taking muchiiiiiiiisimo longer than usual.

I ordered 2× of your labels for my mom who has been rushed into an EHPAD and I'm very disappointed because the labels don't hold at all. As a result, a lot of laundry has been lost and for the time being I'm obliged to wash her clothes myself. I'm really disappointed and I followed the instructions.

Disappointed with the product I was going to use it to mark my husband's clothes in Epad but it's not strong enough, it looks like paper, very disappointed.

Order never received...

It has been more than a month since I placed the order and it never arrived. They say they will send me another one and it's been 10 days and nothing again.

I placed the order on March 5th and it has not arrived yet (31/03/2021).

I ordered 2 etiquettes for 2 different names. However I received them mixed up: isabella and Claudia in the same block. For both blocks.

Very disappointed by the individual caps for gourds because really very very hard to close the cap while I'm already struggling to close imagine my 4 year old son!!!!

The bags are a horrible, rough cotton, I have washed them (30 degrees in the washing machine) and the black color has already faded. The name is written so high and small that once closed it is illegible. No, I would not buy them again or recommend them.

I bought 3 bottles at a certain price and it was impossible to close the cap without forcing on it like crazy...the same goes for opening...so the kids can't use it on their own...too bad, that was the goal! In short, I'm quite disappointed 🙁

Lousy customer service. I placed an order on March 9th and I still don't know anything. Very slow shipping and no tracking information. In addition to the fact that they do not answer emails.

Waiting more than 2 weeks. Not easy to contact with them . I just paid bit I am without stickers.... school started and just extra cost that I ordered from other company who is faster than Petit F. I am very disappointed and upset. So can I get my order someday or the refound?

Parcel lost, 10 days to send us a new parcel which still hasn't arrived ..... so I still don't have the order which dates back to mid-February ... a month And customer service doesn't answer the phone and takes a long time to reply by e-mail.

Very disappointed by my purchase, the labels I received do not wash at all contrary to what was said in the previous positive reviews. i do not recommend it.

I have just placed an order for 140 labels. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the labels, which either don't stick or come off in the first wash. Very, very disappointed. What's more, when we call we can't reach anyone. Called March 18 twice.

Labels never arrived

Impossible to track your order impossible to contact the service by phone and impossible to send an email via the form, almost 10 days to arrive 18 euros invoice 19 euros withdrawal never again!!! otherwise very nice labels (not yet tested) stikers as gifts nice enough for children

Unfortunately, we have been waiting almost 4 weeks for our order. I accidentally entered 22 instead of 21 as the house number. But both our letter carrier and our neighbors across the street know where to find us! We were told that an order would only be recognized as missing after 4 weeks. This has nothing to do with 48-hour delivery and fast receipt.

Better than no problems with the order...... Fatal customer service. They do not have a phone number to call, the one that exists is not enabled. I've been waiting two months for a shipment in which there must be an error in the shipping address, but there is no way to talk to them, only by mail, and every time you send one they take two days to answer...... I'm still waiting for them to solve the problem....

Seam poorly glued inside. Glue has torn part of the fabric.

What I find a pity is that after washing the labels no longer stick or come off in part. I find the system very practical and frankly I'm moderately satisfied. Sincerely Me lucas

The iron on labels are terrible and don't stick or last

The stickers for both objects and clothes, they came off exactly following your instructions. we had to sew them to stop them.. sorry because aesthetically they are beautiful , I can't say anything, but on a practical level I wouldn't take them anymore thank you

Last year I bought labels from them and they were very good but this year I bought them and they were totally bad in the first wash and they all peeled off.
