Only half of the order arrived. Multiple requests, no response. I had ordered personalized stickers for pencils etc. for the start of school, which I was charged for but which never arrived. Very, very sad as I wanted to put them in my son's school bag. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately, even the pendant, which is very nice in itself, can't make up for this.

Order placed August 24, 2021, order never arrived. I've reported the problem I don't know how many times, I didn't feel listened to AT ALL. I reminded you so many times and you always had some lame excuse. Even when I asked for my refund, I was still told to wait for the parcel (September 9, still nothing). I had to ask for my refund several times, which has finally arrived. What's more, I asked to be removed from your database (French Data Protection Act of 1978) and strangely enough I'm still receiving ads from you. The Products are very nice but the wrong information provided cancels the whole service. In the advertisement it talks about service in 24/48 hours. After the purchase you receive an email saying that after the labels are printed it will take 2 to 3 days for shipping which can, however, become as long as 10. I made the purchase on August 31 and still have not received anything. I had to buy more stationery labels to take to school so the 45 euros spent here is now useless.
