Never received the goods, no response to email to customer service either! Will not order there again and will not recommend! Too bad! Paypal buyer protection thank God successful!

The labels are superb and effective but the size was not requested enough. i did not see that there were several dimensions otherwise i would have chosen rectangular and not square.too bad.

Order placed on June 29, as of today's date of July 25 no package has arrived. I have tried calling by phone but although they indicate service hours no one ever answers, I have sent 4 emails but it has been more than 4 days and no one has answered. VERY BAD IN EVERY WAY

I received my order quickly. (Kindergarten pack) only the labels for the shoes were missing. I made a complaint on July 2 and to this day have not received a reply. I tried to contact by phone but impossible to get someone.

Never received the goods. Ordered on July 14th, paid immediately and I'm still waiting. Annoying!

I had a little problem because my cheque took more than 20 days to arrive. They were quite responsive when they received it and got back to me. The labels are perfect.

Great for making it easier to manage the baby in daycare so things don't get lost. The labels in the water bottle and containers hold up to water and dishwasher. The labels in the clothes hold up less but I have to say I tried them two years ago and maybe the hot water affected them. However I keep coming back every year! Always fast and the purchase is super easy.

Very disappointed because the iron-on labels peel off extremely quickly! I followed the protocol but maybe it's due to my central steam iron which doesn't display the degree of heat... In any case, I end up with labels that don't stick.

I am still waiting for my order and have had no response from customer service via email (they say will respond within 24 hours but haven't) and when I ring it says all agents are busy and to contact them via email. Whilst I acknowledge this is still within the advised delivery time (I ordered 8 days ago) I would really like an update on when I should receive them as required for nursery start date next week. I think the website is misleading in that it advertises they are ësent within 48 hours' which made me assume that even if sent second class I would receive the order within a week. It was only when I received the order confirmation email that it said delivery time was 2-10 working days so 2.5 weeks from ordering. I think it should be much clearer at the point of ordering how long the delivery process is as if I'd known I'd have chosen a different company where I'd be guaranteed to receive it within a week of ordering. Disappointed.

Product conforms and practical, I am happy and I repeat an order today. Delivered very quickly. The only downside is that the label is a bit large for small clothes, a choice of sizes could be a plus.

Hello, this is the third time I have bought from "It's Mine". Every year my two children can choose new stickers. The selection of motifs and stickers is very large and every child's wish can be fulfilled. As a mom, I am absolutely delighted with the quality. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. TOP. The ordering process is simple and shipping is also very fast. I always pay with PP, which also always works without any problems. This time I also ordered the wooden tags. I personally found them very nice, with a picture on the front and a text of my choice on the back. At first glance, the workmanship looks great, but I can't say any more about it yet, so I can't comment on the price-performance ratio. The written customer contact was also very polite and helpful, I am a big fan and will certainly order a few more times.

Since my son has been at nursery, we have been labeling his things and objects with the labels from EsIstMeins. The labels are of wonderful quality, they withstand every wash and you can design them so lovingly and individually. In the meantime, we have also moved in with items such as drinking bottles and cups that are already printed with names. These products are also of impeccable quality and the motifs/themes that can be used to design them are child-friendly and very tasteful! Even depending on the season, there are themes to design, there are always surprises and new things to discover on the site. When the labels are delivered, you get a small selection of the current season's theme! My son also has a lot of fun with this. When the first small problem arose - the order was apparently not delivered by the post office - I received a friendly reply from the EsIstMeins team very quickly. The problem was solved immediately and without complications! So, we are completely satisfied and happy!

Labels did not arrive as quickly as expected or as stated on the homepage, but when asked when the labels would arrive, I received a reply very quickly with the offer that a solution would be sought if they were not received within the next 4 days. Shipment then arrived after 1 day. Labels are very, very nice!
