I never received my order

I placed two separate orders for personalized stationery labels and for notebooks/books. Really very very nice, my daughter delighted. The first order in late August, I don't know for what reason, arrived on 9/15, several days after the second order arrived. some difficulty peeling off the small labels for pencils

Products did not arrive on time, shipping via mail without tracking, ----EDIT: ----- I have to admit they were very kind and sent me back the labels and then the first ones arrived a little late as well. Problem maybe due to slow postal service. thank you regards

Great experience!!! I ordered a set of custom labels. The site is extremely easy to navigate and setting up the labels is simple and straightforward; there are so many combinations of images, colors, and fonts so you can customize them to your taste. The quality of the labels is excellent and the pad includes all the instructions for applying them correctly. Shipping was also quick, within a week I received my order, just in time for the start of kindergarten!

Top of the line. Customizable and fast delivery. I bought two kits, one for the nursery and one for primary school. They are very complete and the labels are of good quality.

I ordered thermoadhesive labels and stickers on August 30. The envelope was delivered in a few days (7/09). The pad that reaches the customer is very nice and complete with instructions. I was fully satisfied.

What opinion did not come of it ????

Excellent. Very fast shipping. Item arrived in less than a week with standard shipping. Very useful and practical labels, recommended for elementary schools.

Beautiful labels; colors and options numerous and nice well made. Unfortunately, the thermo stickers don't stay on well after two washes, in fact they just fall off and can't be resealed. The adhesive ones for clothing labels are much more valuable

Package received on time. Overpayment refunded promptly. The only problem is that the labels come off in the washing machine.

I placed an order for school labels and thermo adhesive labels on September 2. As of today September 22,I still have not received anything I ordered,I tried resetting my account password to write to customer service and I never received an email acknowledgment for the password change despite the procedure being done correctly.I am not at all satisfied with the service.

Lame! Never received my order of labels several tries of complaint without answers!!!!

I had already purchased a water bottle and stickers a few years ago. This time I got two water bottles and mugs. I really like the products, they are of very good quality, and they arrived very quickly.

I had already seen, on various Instagram posts these labels, but had not had the chance to purchase any since, my daughter was still small to use them. This year, however, with the start of kindergarten they have come in very handy and my little one will start in style, because these labels are really practical and fabulous.

I never received my order, although they later refunded what I paid, I was very disappointed. The shipping system without tracking gives no guarantee.

The cap on the Personalized Water Bottle broke right away. The taxes are too high.

I bought a gourd, the edge of the stopper broke and split, the paint peeled off, after barely a week's use, no response from the site, just that I shouldn't send out reminders, I'm waiting for a refund.
