Great. The package took longer than I expected and I wrote to ask. They responded very quickly and very kindly and indeed the package arrived as I had indicated. The quality is very good and they are very practical, they come great packaged with instructions for use according to the type of stickers. I highly recommend it. It is not the first time I buy your products and it will not be the last.

I placed an order on September 7 and after about 20 days without receiving it, customer service sent the order again. Just one day after sending it again, the first order arrived, but I informed them and they finally compensated me for the wait with the shipment of the two orders.
I found the labels really very nice and useful; the adhesive adherence is great. The colors are bright, and the lettering crisp, really a great product!
This is the second time I have ordered labels for my children's clothes/objects and they have worked super well. They adhere well to both sneakers and clothing/items. The delivery was in a timely manner. I will definitely order again.

The purchase process, easy and with many options. I liked it. Now what I find deplorable is the shipping and delivery process. I spend a lot of money, big or small, it doesn't matter, and I don't even know when or if the package will arrive, I see it as third world. It has taken me a month to receive the package. It is a far cry from any other online shopping platform, where you are notified of the process, the day of receipt and it arrives in a timely manner. I will not buy any more if you do not change the system you currently have.
